I just wanted to know how to track of my own posts and any other posts/threads in this forum. How to do that may be in the help section of this forum, but I do not know where that section is.

Your member page at the top shows all your post and comments.
You can also subscribe to a thread when you post a comment right under the comment block/section.

I did that also..
And everytime i open my email, i'll received email from this forum stated that there's a new reply to the thread i had subscribed.
