Hi, I'm a newbie member. I've been reading these forums for some time now. I'm a father of 3 children with a wife that is currently attending college for the medical field. Needless to say, she hasn't much time for anything else but studying for tests/exams. I'm trying to at least get my foot in the door of making money from home due to the fact that we can't afford daycare for 3 children and if I'm able to pay the bills from home and watch my children, it'd be pretty much a dream come-true to us. With bills piling up and rent due any day. I need as much help/advice as I can get. Thanks for the time and any opinions/advice you may have!

Hi Sammy and welcome!
If you have been on the forums for any length of time then you have seen that there are a variety of things that people do to make money from home.
Quite a few of us on here do what we call affiliate marketing and if that is still one of the things that are befuddling your brain - click on this link to learn more about it ( What IS Affiliate Marketing?? )
It is a way to make extra money from home but just as in anything else that you can do from home.. it is not a quick way to make money..... there is really no such thing as get rich quick by making money at home.... !
But if you are willing to learn and just step out there and do it, we are all here to help you as you stumble along... we will grab you by the hand and pull you back up as long as we don't have to carry you. 
So many folks want a quick easy answer - they want us to tell them to do step 1,2,3 and they want to start making money yesterday - but it just doesn't work that way.
If you follow that thread in the link above it should give you a pretty clear picture what affiliate marketing is all about but don't be afraid to ask questions on the parts you don't understand.

Yes there is no such thing we can get rich quick. Affiliate marketing is a good way to earn money online. But you have to learn more and find some guide,software or ebook you can use for your affiliate marketing. give your full effort in this field and stay on focus. please remember that you are not going to be rich in a short time, it require a lot of time for you to be successful in this field. Just keep learning what the best thing to do well in this field and dont ever give up. Successful man is the man that do not give up even once..

I wholeheartedly agree with M5 - it's neither quick or easy.
I'm very sorry that you are feeling the heavy weight of your financial obligations. Only remedy for that is a regular job for now.
It's best to spend several months learning about online marketing and then experimenting with the theory you've just mastered.
Desperation leads to disaster. Online marketing education and experimentation take time and effort. They cannot be rushed.
It's good to hear that you've been reading from this forum for a time. I suggest that you continue doing so.
Additionally, I suggest that you read from online marketing sites and take the free 30 Day Challenge:

I appreciate the advice from you three. I'll be gettin' on that link a.s.a.p. I'm not the type to give up, but even if I was, I don't have a choice but to at least look into this. See thing is, I'm from a small town in Texas. There are no many job oppourtunities for young males here. The oilfield is our best bet, and with the way the oilfield is takin' the hits right now. There's nothing here. I totally understand what your saying Newbie Shield, but I think I at least owe it to my family to do my best in looking into this.

Believe me I know nothing out here is easy,
but I did find something that is very promising You can actually get a free web portal that you never have to leave no more 50 thousand open tabs uggh , You can log on to facebook,twitter,exc from your own free portal , you can also advertise your current biz on your own portal by inviting friends and famiy to get their own free portal.
This is the best part if you become a Director like myself or an Affiliate you get paid on everyone using their free portals they signed up for from your site. How crazy is that , you get paid for people using there very own portal. And if someone upgrades to Director or affiliate you get paid off of them using there portals and their free customers using there own portals , let me answer any questions you may have.

I hope you have found something that is paying the bills working from home, just a word of caution make sure the company you get involved with has good training and support, and it is something you enjoy, very important to your success as a home business entrepreneur.

Glad to see you here.
My suggestion is to keep supporting your wife no matter what because having a strong relationship in marriage is always a good thing.
Please, just know that if you are thinking about affiliate marketing then you will have to spend money to make money. Never believe anyone who tells you that you can invest $30 and make $10,000 a month. You have to be extremely cautious online with who you go with.
What I would suggest you do is to get into a network marketing company online that does not require you to call people or contact them face to face.
If you want some personal and honest help then I would love to help you out. Just send me an email and I would love to get you going in the right direction.

Hi Sammy,
Did you check out Melaleuca. We have been using the products for 4 years, and we have had great success. We got into the products because we had a serious set of symptoms with our daughter as published in My Story. Two doctors told us after a 2 year battle to try these products because they are very good and it would be good if everybody would detoxify their homes. All 400 products are toxin free. With your wife going into the medical field, I am sure she could relate to these products.
