Good question.

What would be good to use from the L1 package as well?

I have redeemed a Destination Bahamas certificate through Vacation Station and a Bahamas Cruise and Stay through Funtime and would like to use them for a fundraiser silent auction I am organizing. Just wanted some feedback on these vouchers from anyone who has used them or given them away.
You can PM me if you like.
What I would like to know is if you send in your money order and the requested dates and they can't fulfill them will they give you a refund or ask you to provide more dates? I also can not find any information on child rates for these two vouchers as I'm sure since they would be staying in your room it would not be the same as the per person rate.
The Vacation Station package states that 10 days prior to your departure date you will receive vouchers for your cruise and hotel accomodations. I am guessing this is the same sort of thing as a reservation number.

I hope that sometime in the future you can just reserve online with your credit card and know what date you will be travelling which would make it easier for everyone.

Queen of Biz Opps im excited for you. You posted in your earlier post that you had just started with Coastal as well as FTV and now you have a large promotion each week. That is incredible. In the forum we all love to hear the successes of the members and we love it better when you can share exactly what you did so we can all learn. There are many new members that come here on a daily basis to learn and its open to everyone to share. I look forward to what you have to share. You mentioned using FTV vouchers and I understand the reasoning behind them as you explained it. Do you use any Coastal vouchers as well? If so which ones? By large promotions what do you mean? How are you getting in the door at first to start the process? We are all looking forward to your post about it.

Can you tell me which vouchers I should activate through Coastal that have no steps so I can use them in the future?

From what I understood from one of Rusty's posts we at Coastal are also going to be allowed to get activation income from these vouchers. Does anyone know how soon that will happen so I can possibly order some of these no step vouchers for Christmas? I am sure that all of us here are very interested in knowing exactly what we should be asking for from the fulfillment centre.

I will use my cruise and stay for the silent auction and try to get some information plus I will have my business postcards ready for then and will have them available to everyone there.
Hopefully Rusty will come on to answer my question re requested dates and if they will work with you over the phone to get what you need. It says you should start the process 30 days in advance -however my issue would be I would like to know in advance of one month exactly when my vacation will be as I'm sure many others would in order to book off our regular jobs.
Is there any way to check on the website the dates that are unavailable (filled) before you put in your requested dates. If not, that should definitely be something to work on so as to save time and frustration for the consumer and the travel agents.

Hi Judy
As you know I have alot of experience in all sorts of promotional events.
If I were a business owner looking at using vacation incentives to help me generate leads, make sales, create business connections I would use Fun Time and here are the reasons why.

1. Fun Time is one of the only companies that pay you for handing out there product. ( activation income )
2. Good customer service.
3. All vacations are 100% fulfillable.
4. They are all booked in house.

Great trainers like Jay teach you all the things you need to know about running your business product knowledge, and selling your products.

The training you recieve from Fun Time gives you step by step knowledge on how to set up promotions, how to decorate your table, what to ware, where to purchase what you need, how to maximize the amount of leads out of each promotion, how to make the most activation income you can and more.

For instance if you set up an average promotion which means that you will generate several hundred leads. Each one of those leads will have recieved a sponsor gift and letter from the business holding the promotion. That gift is a vacation which needs to be activated.

An average promotion gives you an average 35% activation rate if its done correctly so if you activate 60 of the 200 that is given out and you gave away the cruise and stay you would recieve $ 25.00 per activation.

60 @ $ 25.00 = $ 1,500.00 activation income.

You also have 200 premium local leads that you can use to build your business.

After that part is done then guys like Jay take you to the next level and help you to use all these great leads to sell your Coastal packages.

With all Fun Time products a customer can call in advance to find out if there is availability before starting the booking process.

The 30 days for the cruise and stay is just a guide line. We do take last minute reservations.

Lots of other businesses like Coastal, YTB, Prestege, Global, Mini vac, GRN, PWF, PowerMalls, Pre Paid legal, Barry Tree, Profit Lance, Vemma and more are all using our products to help build there buisness.

By the way if you know anyone in YTB a major announcment from all the major cruise lines just came out . the articale says that they are severing all ties with YTB if you want i can send you the news letter.

If you have any other questions please dont hesitate to ask.

Hi,
I don't understand what it is I give to these prospects in way of the cruise and stay voucher -I certainly can't afford to get 200 of those at 6.95 and then perhaps not need them all. Or do I give them photocopies of the one to send in with the $6.95 activation fee? How would I get the $25 (is there somewhere on there that says where I put my name and Coastal number) that is recorded by Funtime? Are all of Funtime products through Coastal now giving you a second income with activation and how is this paid?

Thanks,
Judy

Yes, this has been a hot topic on other forums and it's not just YTB. Many travel agencies are working to eliminate card mills and mlm companies in the travel business. While alot of this is hear say, it does bring question to the topic.

Judy, I think you need to JOIN Funtime (as a separate company in addition to Coastal) in order to receive activation income from the vouchers.

(Unless Rusty and Coastal have come up with some other agreement that we don't know about yet.)

Hi Judy
I love it when people ask me questions like this.

I want to address why Fun Time is becoming so popular and why we can help you in your business.

The truth is we have a program in place that gives everyone a tool to use to build there business no matter what business you are in.

As time goes on it becomes more difficult to make all the money you need just working the internet and any lead you buy has already been sold and called hundreds of times. So now people are looking into creating what we call a well rounded business.

Calling leads and trying to sell something to someone in another state over the phone gives you a low closing ratio unless you are good on the phone. But we can help you make money doing that.

In a 2 hour span you may get ahold of twenty people and lets say you get 7 of them to talk to you those 7 will make you money even if you dont sell them your package buy giving them a Fun Time vacation gift for listening to you and that gift will make you activation income.

Heres another thought for you ?
How often do you go out to eat ?
Each time I go out to eat EVEN IF THE FOOD IS BAD I Give a thank you gift to the waitress for such good service and if I have never been there before I ask for the manager and give them a thank you gift as well.

What i give them is a vacation along with a sponsor letter form my company in a nice envelope the letter has a great explanation of my company and how we help alot of businesses increase there profits. As well as our web site and credentials this way they can check up on us.

If 1 of those people activate I make residual income. I have created 2 or more leads and created an open dialogue with the manager
.
Sounds easy..........it is.

Before I leave I get there information to register them so they can travel anytime they want.

We help you to utilize your time better to structure your day to cover more gronnd and every step of the way there is residual income coming in every month to supplement you while you are building your business.

In your case you like promotions so being part of our basic program gives you the opportunity to give away or sell the Fun Time products.
When you do this you are creating a residual income that keeps building BIGGER AND BIGGER every month. We have people that are making thousands a month just in activation income.

By doing all this you never have to buy another lead, you are creating alot of residual income, the leads you are getting are great local leads and and you are able to build your business much easier.
Life is good hahahahaha.

Thanks for the questions and let me know if I can answer any more.

What are the best vacations to use as door prizes is a great question. Disney is always a good idea. I think you have to really look at the area you are in. I mean if you have a vacation that someone can drive to from the area you are in thats a great idea.

Whats more important is the raise the expectations of the person getting it. It doesnt or rather shouldnt matter if the cert is booked inhouse or is a breakage cert if you explain the situation to the winner. Understand the value is in the vacations. Think of it how many of us have waited in a long line or jumped through a few hoops to get a deal. I spent a night camped outside of Madison Square Garden to get great tickets to see a Police concert once. If you want something bad enough you will do what it takes. The problem happens when you dont explain the details to a client.

So whatever voucher you use first learn the voucher yourself. Then explain it to your client. They will appreciate your candidness.

Id love to hear about some other vouchers others have used. There has been a bunch of dialog about FTV vouchers and they are a vendor in the package so we welcome their input but lets not make this post all about FTV no matter how good or bad their program or vouchers are. They have their own sub-forum for them to discuss their program and its merits.
