I have been a member on here for while, but have never posted anything until now.
I recently recieved an e-mail from West at Home informing me that I need to resubmit my application. So, I went on their website and did so just a little while ago. Upon completion there was a message stating that there are others that are more qualified at this time. Does this mean they will never contact me or is that just something they tend to tell everyone that has applied with their company to give them time to look over every application. I am guessing that they are hiring in my area because it allowed me to go through with the whole application and never said that they were not. I guess I am a little confused and have been trying to get in with this company for over a year. I do have less than one year's experience as a customer service person, but I thought that is what the training is for, to help me becoming experienced?? So, I just don't know where to go from here. Anyone that has worked with this company before or currently works with them, what happened after you submitted your application?? How long did it take them to actually contact you and say you were hired?? Thanks to all who submit a reply!!

abradshaw6001,
I am currently a WestAtHome employee, but not active by choice. It looks as though they have passed on your application. I would look for other Customer Support work.

Steve,
Thanks for your reply. I have been talking back and forth with someone from their company about my application, so hopefully something good will come out of this. I am going to keep my faith in this!!
