wear sunglasses, this will help protect your strained out eyes..
i am sitting here with sun glasses on..

There may be many. First they lose sleep over Internet/computers/television and later they ponder over where their sleep vanished. Get some natural light and stop staring at the screen!

thats cool vishal... thats true, there is a big world outside this flat monitor..but believe me loads of people are just stuck to the internet or their video games..... its lot worse than one thinks....
but i don't mind spending loads of time all night and day.......

Boy this is correctly explained ... rite now I am also going through these kind of conditions. I wake up and first task is to on the computer ... it take few minutes to reboot and in such period I wash my face and have brush (yeah I am too fast) ...
