Not crazy at all - anything is possible to those that are willing to dream and are not afraid to take a risk... I have a website I can shoot your way that has some information on how different comp plans work or don't work - if you want the link shoot me a pm and I'll slide it over to ya.

Welcome to the forum. Nothing wrong with reaching for the stars. Take a look at the signatures of your fellow members for ideas and ask plenty of questions.

Hello everyone.
I am also new to this forum.

I wanted to ask what companies are best for setting up web pages in terms of quality, cost and reliablity. Is that something I can ask?

I want to start a web site and know absolutely nothing about choosing the best company to design it, host it, register it, etc. etc.
And of course I can't afford much with the price of gas almost $5!

I will keep reading this forum to get answers but if anyone can help me right away, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I use and recommend SBI. They are not the cheapest on the surface appearance, but with all that is included in their package, they are definitely the cheapest and most reliable in my opinion.

They are first class all the way and provide a system that is as 'simple' as possible for those new web builders to achieve success the first time around. I had zero knowledge and/or internet experience when I started with them and built my first site (the chocolate candy one). I'm amazed at how far I've come.

They are well worth considering if you can save up the annual fee. You wouldn't regret it or be wasting your time and money as long as you follow through and actually use it.

A few years back when I was getting started with building websites, I downloaded NVU (it's free) and built my website using that. I have it hosted on iPower with I believe is $95/year which includes a free domain and registration.
