Gee I must have my head in the sand I didn't realize the recession ended in June 2009!! I know Obama keeps saying we are turning the corner but I can't seem to find that corner he is talking about.

Would love to hear from you on this subject. I know that quite a few people are upset since this article appeared.

Wasn't the government just talking about a double dip recession in the last couple of weeks?? Wasn't there just an article that 4 million more had been added to the poverty level in 2009??

lol - yeah we are all so busy making money on the internet that we didn't realize the recession had ended. JK!

I am SO thankful though for the opportunity to make money online as between that and my housecleaning business - my income supports our family of 5 .... we would be WAY below poverty level if we depended on my husband's income as he works for a concrete company and it has been slooowww this year.

No recession ended here in my neck of the woods - and winter (which is when everyone heavily milks the government for unemployment and foodstamps) has not even hit yet!

My husband was laid off for four months last year and we were forced to move to another state away from family but we are still REFUSING to participate in the recession.

I am making money from home also and we are working towards not having to rely on his income and being able to move back to the state we are from and close to family and live where we want not where we are forced to.

I don't really watch the news much and just ignore it anyway and keep working towards my goal as stated in paragraph two.

Becky

That's exactly what I do! And we will get there because WHAT WE FOCUS ON is what prospers!

Focus on the recession and you will get hit by it - focus on our goals and we will get there!

I can't say that I have felt a recession - I only feel depression if I am watching the news! I have seen changes, but life is always changing and we just have to adapt and push forward.

Technically, it might be over. But the after affects will be long lasting. There are a lot of people who are still out of work and it will take a long time for emplyment to stabalize again.
