According to this poster, Andy Bowdoin had 8 companies in Georgia, 19 in florida and more than half of that failed. He also never was known to be involved in GPS technologies. No one that mattered actually never acknowledged his receiving a medal of distinction from the president.
He also stated that Andy used at least 8 aliases or variables for his name which in full is Thomas Anderson Bowdoin Jr. And his attorney Robert Garner never was a member of the Florida Bar for lawyers which you need I guess. He also said he has a friend in a Florida newspaper which he contact soon to reveal more of this to the press and public. I know this is all speculation but there are always to sides to the story

This has been addressed before.

I mean this respectfully. Everyone should be doing their own research instead of posting "stuff" that's posted on other forums and by the same posters. Google the screen names and you will find threads on other forums from the same people over and over again.

This is not to defend Andy Bowdoin but to use common sense and knowledge. To address the companies that "have failed". Where is the proof that those corporations have all failed? Let's back up a little. Where is the proof that those corporations were even used and active?

Did you know that you can go to your Secretary of State's office(or website) and form a corporation in minutes? In fact you can do this every day if you needed to. When people don't use them and don't pay the annual fees or comply with the necessary paperwork and/or filing fees with the Secretary of State they will cease to be in good standing and be for example "Involuntarily Dissolved".

It happens ALL the time that people don't use a corporation that they registered and simply let it be cancelled.

Another thing. Andy is an older man. He's been around for a while. It should not come as a surprise that he's formed many corporations throughout his business life.

There is nothing to see there guys.

About Robert Garner, isn't he based out of North Carolina?

I agree with logical (respecfully)

This kind of post leads you to believe Andy is a crook. Even if I was not a member -- I could see he is not. Its not like the man is invisible or inaccessable. If you used an alias for illegitimate reasons I do not think you would be an open book. These interpretations are pretty weak.

Now -- I will say this --the organization could have avoided MANY complaints if they were a well oiled machine and had systems in place to keep all members properly informed (the webroom has been inadequate as of late) which they obviously are not. After this is over -- my main concern is they manage to become one.

There are millions of people who has started businesses that failed. Even more so with online businesses..myself included. But does that mean everyone who fails in business is crooked or has something to hide because they used a alias as a business name? Of course not!
It just means that particular business..for whatever reason didn't make it financially, or there could be hundreds of reasons why they failed. Many of these failed business owners has went on to create very successful businesses simply by learning from the mistakes made from those failed attempts and by having numerous businesses over the years only shows that that person never gave up on their dream of being successful.

As for the use of an alias, we know that he uses his middle name (as do I, for that matter). Just to put it into perspective, when we were newly married and at settlement on our first house, the title company presented a sheet of paper to my husband, asking if he know of any more than the SIX different variations on his name they'd found for him! The reason: He's a research scientist, and various publications use varying name formats for the primary and co-authors on papers. We all had a good chuckle. Point being, please don't be alarmed by that item.

Well I guess Mr. Bowdoin never actually received any award from the president at the very least according to the district court of D.C. http://tallahassee.com/assets/pdf/CD11468785.PDF

You don't get it. In His introductory video he stated that he successfully started up those companies to where it is today. Well all those companies are now defunct. He basically flat out lied.
