Good Morning Everyone,

I am thinking about taking the risk and joining GoldenPanda today.

Even though this site competes with ASD I thought I would give it a try and go risky.

Anyone else joining because I need a sponser.

Any thoughts or advice toward this adventure - either way - is welcome.

I'll make my decision by 9 PM tonight.

Thanks in advance.

I think this program is going to take of and be a big success just as asd was. I have gone over everything that has been made public and have looked at all the arguments and listened to the phone call that had. This program is the real deal just like asd is. I would love to be your sponsor I will pm you with my email and phone if your interested.

I think Golden Panda will be around for quite a while, but that's just my opinion. They are in a position to learn from the mistakes ASD has made and hopefully run a smooth operation.

I joined even tho I was a bit skeptical about it, but with the success I have had with ASD, I feel this one is as secure.

I'm not joining and the reason is, Golden Panda is not ASD and thus is a competitor to ASD. Why would I want to "dilute" my ASD business? 100% matching and the temporary 3% rebates sound great, but my ASD is already going great.

I did the conference call and did not like the "friendly" criticism Clarence had for ASD/Andy.

Not to mention the fact that he had his problems with the SEC in the past. I think Clarence will be under a microscope and should any problems arise, and they will as with any business....it could get ugly fast.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Hi logicalusa Golden Panda is ASD in everything except name, the site is going to be in Chinese and it will be huge in China, I have been there 8 times in the last 18 months, by the end of this year
I will be living there, the Chinese are a very Industrial Nation the last count there are over 125 million people who would be consider upper to middle class I reckon they are going to jump all over this.

It might be an idea to sign on with GP buy a $100 ad pack and don't touch it let that be your saving account, use your English site as your working site where you are buying Ad packages and taking
money out, for me it will be the other way around, I have brought my wife to be a laptop of course everything is in chinese and when the locals see what my wife and I are earning and the ease in which
we can buy ad packages and take our money out, well I reckon we will hit the big time with GP, I still look upon GP as ASD.. John

It is not exactly a competitor of ASD, as Andy Bowdoin is still the President of the company and has given it his blessing, even though he has resigned as CEO and sold his holdings.

I think it is more a question of deciding whether you are interested a third (remember La Fuente) stream of income from this great bunch of people . The stream of income being a different group of referrals from this new market for advertising - the chinese population of the Us and later on of China itself.

If it just becomes another english version of ASD with a different name - then the decision is a different one.

I'll go with jobrik - buy an affordable ad package - get your 100% and see what gives.

I dont think we need to worry that Clarence is going to have less integrity in his business than Andy. I am sure tht this will not be the case.

I disagree guys. Money that could very well be going to ASD will now be going to Golden Panda. Eyeballs that could've been going to ASD could now be going to GP. As all my Ad Packages are with ASD, this will obviously not be helping me at all. That's exactly like competition. If the ownership of the companies is totally different and Andy is simply the president of GP, I don't see how GP could be of any benefit to ASD at all. In fact, in creating GP Andy just created his own competition. Very strange.

jobrick: I am very familiar with the China boom. I'm also familiar with their internet censorship and sites blocking. The potential upside is huge if it is left alone though.

As I said before, I didn't like the guy's comments and tone with regards to ASD. I'm going with my gut feeling here simple as that.

P.S Read the "The Difference" part of the GP website. "Do you want to join a company that really works"? Hmmm. Ok.
"Members are able to request Cash outs, Monday through Friday, regardless of their Member Level"...Hmmm...unlike ASD?

A vast majority of folk who sign on with GP will be those who can't understand English or Spanish so I don't understand the conflict they would most probably never join ASD I mean if they can't read the website why would they sign on.

Yes the Chinese Government has cracked down on pornography and politically sensitive websites unless they are saying something derogatory about the west.

China has really opened up and the people are on the move and hungry for any kind of opportunity. I bet you New York for a Star Buck coffee that the Government won't have a problem with GP after all it is bringing in foreign capitol and it is squeaky clean and above board.

I also picked up on Clarence remarks and thought they were unnecessary, but this is business and I wouldn't let that stop me from earning an extra million or so, well I am hoping .. John

Oops SEcond apology for the forum Members

Andy is not the President. But is does not change the fact that he has given this programme his blessing.

logicalusa I think that the decision whether to join GP is just the same as the one we made when joining ASD and the questions we need to ask ourselves are the same.

Whether or not you see the chinese market as one you are interested in should also be a factor. The 100% match is an introductory offer. At present thte site seems to be directed to a national US market.

It is a personal business decision. Just the same as it was when you joined ASD. And a decision if you want to have a multiple stream of income with another company and if so, if this is the other company.

La Fuente de Dinero, although it has some catching up to do with the ASD Cash Generator Site is a different story as it is wholly owned by AdSurfDaily Inc. And is, for me, less of unknown.

Just a personal opinion

Jenny

Not so, people CAN and ARE spending in BOTH ad/surf sites
They are not competing as ASD (when it was up and running) showed everyone that it works and were making a lot of money (till it went down and is staying down)

Now we can earn as much in daily rebates as we used to in ASD.

Am I bashing ASD ? I am not a patient person and it has been down way to long now for me to be happy about it!!

Will I now buy ad packages in GP YOU BET!!!

I liked seeing my money grow!!

That wasn't the original plan.

I don't consider Golden Panda to be in competition at all with ASD. I think of it like this..I cannot afford to risk $500 and go to the ASD rallies just to get a 100% match. With Golden Panda I don't have to risk $500 OR go to a rally and stand in a mile long line. I am getting a 100% match on my initial ad package no matter if I'm spending $10 or $50,000 and I don't have to leave my house to do it. (Other than to get my money order and stamp) Plus I now have both businesses where I'm earning rebates! And I'm also earning 3% rebates Mon thru Friday for the first 30 days along with a free Executive Membership that normally costs $100 a month with Golden Panda! You can't beat that! Even if it is for a limited time..it's still well worth it.

AdSurfDaily is already international and targeting the whole world.

I have folks in Taiwan using the AdsurfDaily system big-time...

Its a universal system...Is this what we just only need...

Can someone tell me if panda is only for those real business owners. I've read that accdg to their terms and conditions that if you violate their terms and conditions, your money is forfeited and you cannot get back your money. I joined ASD because I use my friend's business to advertise so I could buy ad packages. I've read ASD's terms that you can advertise a friend's business.

Please tell me where the 3% rebate for 30 days is in writing from the company. I can't find it. If this accurate does the 30 day period begin from start up or when the initial ad pack is purchased?

The 3% Rebate for the First 30 Days WAS in the Original Terms of Service, but has since been REMOVED.

Here is the Quote from the ORIGINAL Terms of Service which I Copied and Paste:

A Quote from the Terms of Service:

Advertising Rebates

FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS THE COMPANY, GOLDEN PANDA, WILL PAY OUT MONDAY THOUGH FRIDAY A TOTAL OF 3% REBATE PER DAY TO EACH QUALIFIED MEMBER AND A TOTAL OF AT LEAST .50% TO 3% REBATE ON WEEKENDS TO EACH QUALIFIED MEMBER.

This Quote has been Removed in the Current Terms of Service

You are correct Iggy...I wasn't aware that they removed that from the TOS or the promotion. I wonder why it was removed? Does anyone know? Why would they offer that and then remove it without an explanation?
