Here are some Details on the ASD Infomercial for those interested:
The infomercial is conducted by a 3rd party Vendor:

It is shown in CANADA, targeting a Canadian Market through a show called "Opportunity America". It will be shown Locally, Nationally, and on Cable Networks.
The Leads you get are ALREADY SALES...assigned to you as your first line with you as the sponsor.
Here is the what First Page look like after I logged in:

You are among the first Ad Surf Daily members to join during this Pre-Production period, and you have secured your spot in the distribution list for leads. Briefly, here is what to expect next...
1) The Opportunity America Show featuring Ad Surf Daily was filmed at your National Conference in Tampa on June 12, 13 and 14. It was an amazing experience and we were able to get very strong testimonials and footage for the show.
2) There will be a 2 to 3 minute trailer of the show available to everyone for viewing by July 10th.
3) It will then take about 3 to 4 weeks to edit and approve the finished show and get it ready to go on the air. THE FIRST AIR DATE SHOULD BE AROUND AUGUST 1st.
4) The airtime schedule will be posted on the website approx. 1 week prior to the first air date.
You have paid for your first month of leads which should be from approx August 1 to August 31. The membership fee will NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN until 10 days prior to the second month of airtime. Approx August 21st.
THE LEADS YOU RECEIVE WILL ALREADY BE A SALE!
We will be promoting the ad packages starting at $10, with an incentive to recieve matching funds. When someone calls in, the call center will collect the funds and ASD will credit the next My Leads Network member with the sale.
We will then send you an email with the Lead information and amount of purchase, so you can follow up and generate further interest.

The Fee is monthly and is charged in $50 increments up to $400/month. The website should give you more information.
They will assign you a PAID member to your 1st level Downline.
