HI it is very long term method to get good earning I am going to explain step by step..
1. go to any free web hosting and domain name site register there and create website . or you can create blog if you want.
2. Read seo tutorials to increase page rank of that site r blog
3. Register over many webmaster forums
4.When your website get Pr 1 You can sell links from your site or blog.
As I told it is long term process but very affective

You can speed that up with some of the good backlink services out there.
I would suggest not getting all caught up with this unless you have your own hosting account for your websites. The last thing you want to do is build a profitable website and have it left to the control of some other entity.
