In an effort to watch my pennies, I chose to build a site with Website Tonight through Go Daddy. I wanted to use SBI, but with the crunch on our economy, I figured I'd start with something more affordable.
I'm ready to jump in the river.
Has anyone else used this? If so, did you have trouble getting things to work right? They're really good about returning email questions, but once one problem is solved, another happens. Templates don't work, text appears somewhere besides where I put it, and so do images. Then background color goes haywire.
As soon as I'm able, I will be hopping on the SBI train. Til then, I'd like to see if I'm the only frustrated one out here.

WebSite Tonight is definately worth the very affordable price! It does have limits, of course, like any template will. But if you just want a good, basic, clean design...it's fine. I've been designing websites for a LONG time...since the days of black on white, and white on black...arial as the only font! And having something simple like this to get online is definately a good place to begin.

I wasn't too impressed when I tried Website Tonight - this was over 2 years ago. Instead, I'd recommend downloading a free HTML editor called http://NVU.com and learn to use it. I've co-authored a free ebook on web design which shows you how to use NVU - if anyone wants a copy, send me a PM and I can give you the download link (I don't think I'm allowed to list it here).
