I used Host Gator's live chat support to configure my ftp account and access the site builder, and they were more than helpful. Very quick response, got my site up and running in no time

Hi Lars,

Host Gator is one of the better affordable hosting companies out there. You're right, their customer service is very good. I like their back end too. It's full of nice frills :)
