Hi there!
I have been problems with Social Marker for a month.
Having tried both Flock and Firefox..
I did re-drag the icon....with no improvements.

Days ago, wrote to Social Marker help desk, and have not received a reply.

Is anyone else having problems?
Do you have any advice for me?
The manual method is a daunting task...but I am doing it!
I really miss the tool!

I just found their blog online and they have addressed the issue of downtime - don't know how old the post is though:
