I use self employed website promoters to promote my webcam chat site on the internet for me.
My site cost a member $43 a year to join and I pay each promoter $7 per member that they sign up.
The promoters get paid each month direct into their Paypal account and on average earn around $1200 a month for working part time from home.
They are happy and I get more members joing my site - I have found this method far more effective than search engine optimistation or paid advertsing on Google etc. Hope this idea may help some of you.

Thank you for sharing the information helen33. A lot depends on how the promoters actually get people to sign up. If they are provided incentives or coaxed to signup, then many might opt out after a month or two and it may not be feasible at all. Best thing would be try the campaign for a month and then evaluate for 3 months keeping tab of how many cancel their membership. This way you can assess their service more effectively and plan for long term.

Just to clarify - I recruit and employ the promoters directly
No incentives are offered by the promoters - they just recommend the site to potential subscribers.
No subscription cancellations have occured - in fact we have never had a subscription cancellation since the site went live in July last year !
