Anyone have thoughts on how Net Neutrality (or its demise) may effect small businesses and work-at-home setups?

Hey Giovani,
If the telco and cable co's get their way, small business will not be able to afford to keep a presence on the internet.
I don't want to get started with a tiraid here, suffice it to say, I am FOR Net Neutrality, and leave it at that.

Did you say you're sorta leanin' FOR Net Neutrality? (LOL!)
It almost sounds like sci-fi. You'd think the giant corporations wouldn't even think they could get away with something like this, so I'm not sure most people really understand the implications. (I think I do, but it sounds so implausible!)
Thanks for responding.
Maybe a teeny tirade wouldn't be so bad.
Take care!

Giovani,
Why don't you elaborate on what Net Neutrality is, for those who aren't familiar with the term.
