In my opinion, I feel that many network marketers are quick to use the "blame game" card when it comes to the non-growth of their MLM organization.
To put it bluntly:
Please stop putting the blame on your downline for not duplicating.
Take a good look in the mirror.
Take a fair assessment of yourself and ask....
"Am I being the leader I need to be for my team to allow them maximum growth?"
The answer may surprise you.
All I'm saying is, if your team is stagnant, become a better leader because more people than you realize will follow in your footsteps if you continue to hone your leadership skills.

What you say is true, blaming others does not help, try to improve yourself

How true that is. That is the number one reason businesses stop growing. The leaders stops building and starts babysitting their team. Yet it is the speed of the leader that determines the speed of the pack.
If one stops to blame others others will follow suit. You'll end up with a team that is more likely to blame others for their lack of success.
The bottom line is that you can't make anyone do anything. You can't really even motivate them. Motivation comes form within. They need to be self-motivated.
Inspiration comes from outside. Inspire them with your example.

Seems to me that alot of MLM folks just try to get as many ppl as possible to sign up and never really consider the quality. They get folks all excited and SELL them on the opportunity (which may be absolutely wonderful) but the recruiter fails to assess the character, track record, available time, energy, etc. of the person recruited. as one of my mentors, Brad Hager says, "Success leaves clues." Be a bit more selective and see what happens....
