For a long time now I have been looking for an MLM that would be able to deliver three very important things. First the company needed to be ethical, honest, and unique. If you do your research, the internet is full of scams and dishonest people so I knew that this would have to be first on my list in finding the perfect MLM. Second the company needed to have a quality product or service that competes with everyone else. Thirdly they needed to offer a great payment or compensation plan with many diverse ways to make money. Well, after a very long search looking into many companies, I finally found a diamond in the ruff called BookWise.
It has been hailed as the most intelligent home based business in the world. And not only do they meet my requirements, they far exceeded them. With BookWise you literally are your own first-class bookstore that offers over a million titles of discounted best-selling books, DVDs, CDs, video games, and textbooks. Oh and did I mention that their goal is to promote self-improvement and enlightenment through books. They also give a percentage of their profits to children's charities, so far over $100,000. I have been very happy with this amazing company and I have already learned much from their "Bundle of Benefits" that they offer. Oh and before I end I just wanted to wish everyone here success with your various MLM's and business ventures!

I forgot to mention in my last post that BookWise was founded by Richard Paul Evans and Robert G. Allen, two very successful entrepreneurs, and New York Times bestselling authors.

I won't discuss my revenue here, but pcwork if you want to PM me I'd be happy to tell you. Right now this new opportunity is only available in the U.S. Next year they will be expanding into Canada, and I'm sure it will be expanding into the UK in the near future.
Oh and thanks Maricel for the kind words!

I think one of the things I like most about Bookwise is that they contribute so much to resolving literacy issues.

Hi Netbiz,
Sorry, maybe I am too sensitive about exclamation marks after comments.
I do like what you have here and wish you the best of luck.

I happen to know Robert G Allen personally. I was in another business and in his and his wife's organization.
From time to time (over the past several years) I've received info on things he's doing... and I've always done my due diligence on them.
This time when I heard from him, I had been retired for about a year, and was really not looking to get back into business... well, so much for that!
Like netbiz says... this business is for real.
Will we all get rich next year? Probably not. But we will certainly make the world a better place.
Here are the things that drove me to become involved.
They share the profits (50% of each book sale) with the associates.
They give 10% of corporate profits and $1.00 of each associate monthly membership fee to specific childrens' charities. These are either for abused children or to help further literacy.
They are building a business model unique in network marketing. You can actually have an online store where you sell books, CD's, DVD's, and soon computer games. You get paid for the sales.
If you want, you may recruit other associates, but it's not required for you to get paid on your sales.
The ONLY requirement for you to get paid on your sales is for you to be an active associate. That means you've paid $39.95 a month. For that, you get to select a book, CD, or DVD of your choice... and you get a ton more benefits... at least 23 real valid ones as of this writing.
I've personally found some of the benefits to be PRICELESS in that no amount of money can equal the value received.

I have already been very enlightened by Robert Allen and Richard Paul Evans. These two amazing individuals have made it their mission to spread prosperity and honesty not only in correct business principles but in life as well. I have been immensely blessed to be a part of BookWise, and the company continues to grow and expand into helping more people build residual income, sound ethics, and also teaching them how it is a MUST to give back to the community.

Another great thing about BookWise is that as an associate you can offer a free monthly download of eBooks and audio books to all of your preferred customers. And there is no fee whatsoever to become a preferred customer. This month's free download is "The Iliad of Homer." Preferred customers also can save up to 42% on Books, DVDs, CDs, and soon Textbooks, and Games too. I am very happy that I acted on this unique opportunity to be involved as a BookWise Independent Associate. I have received a lot of personal wealth from their "Bundle of Benefits." Not to mention the mindset and principles of prosperity that is taught by Richard Paul Evans and Robert G. Allen.
Wishing you Success in 2008!

Well, there are many reasons why I am willing to pay $39.95 a month to be a BookWise Associate.
Here are SOME reasons why:
1. As an associate you have access to the "Bundle of Benefits." There are over 20 amazing benefits that range from teaching you how to obtain and sustain the mind-set of personal wealth and prosperity, to teaching you about how to design, write, develop, publish, and succeed as an author.
2.You get a best-selling Book, DVD, CD, or Game of your choice. I personally like to pick books that not only enlighten me, but that will also add to my personal wealth. There are over a million titles that you can choose from.
3. There are also two very enlightening conference calls that I personally like called WealthWin and TaxWin. WealthWin is a conference call with Robert G. Allen and/or Richard Paul Evans where they teach you how to succeed as an entrepreneur. It's like having your own personal seminar with two very successful best-selling authors/entrepreneurs. They teach a lot about having the right mind-set, taking action, and creating multiple streams of income. With TaxWin you are actually taught by a tax-saving genius Ron Mueller. He teaches how you can save around $100/week not just deduct $100/week, have $100/week in savings because of the tax benefits. This alone will pay for your monthly fee.
I hope this has answered your question, and if you want to learn more about BookWise and/or it's benefits you can checkout my sig.
Good Luck in your research!

If you're looking for a great opportunity to create another stream of income this year, BookWise is it! I love being involved with such an amazing company. So far they have given over $173,000 to children's charities. What an accomplishment!

I just now saw the thread here on Bookwise. I vowed I would not join anything else because I have found my true passion and it is in Cooperative Marketing, which is like a cross between owning your own franchise or home biz and an MLM. I dropped other things I am in because I will only represent very honest, doable, and long term biz opps now. THEN I saw BOOKWISE! I was lucky enough to have Bill Arnold, who talks to Robert Allen constantly and is a top Team Leader who does numerous online training sessions. Many have joined this team just for the Internet Marketing 101 training he gives. He does not believe in paying for advertising, so trains based on this. He also tells people they can pay for advertising, etc. but encourages people to learn everything and do it on their own. I found with the amounts going to charity, the strong financial backing of the founders, and the fantastic product - primarily books, this is something I want to have in conjuntion with my other opp. They are a nice compliment to each other and will certainly never go out of vogue!!! Bookwise will be expanding to Canada soon by the way. Bill surprized me because I told him what my passion is and he mentioned that if people try with Bookwise he does put people under you. Well, surprize, surprize, he did put 2 under me already. THAT is another great thing with Bookwise, and one of the reasons I decided to join - you can place people wherever you want!!!! THAT IS FANTASTIC! I believe in working as a team, and this sure is the way to do it.
The pay plan is exceptional. A. You get $39 every time you personally enroll a new associate, no matter where they are placed in your matrix. B. You get a percentage of those same people's bookstore sales. C. The unilevel payouts (this is the chart with the 9 levels) are based upon the $39 monthly fee. So people on your first level, you will get 2% of their $39 monthly fee. People on your second level you will get 4% of thier $39 monthly fee, (see compensation plan for more details on percentages) D. You get matching commisisons on the people who you enroll's unilevel commissions. So if Sally is under you and she gets a check each month for $200 for just her unilevel commissions, you get that same $200 check each month just from her! If you have 10 people make $200 each anywhere below you that you've sponsored, you will recieve $2,000 in matching bonuss alone, plus the other unilevel commission from people you did not personally sponsor, plus A, B, and C's payouts! See why BookWise is so Great?!
I have not been in this as long as some in this thread, but I agree this is a good biz opp and very reasonably priced.

I am in BookWise, and it is one of the two organizations I am a part of that handles Books. But its because I LOVE BOOKS. I find the benefits and products are great. While I don't know the founders personally like some on this board, I have not done bad with this company at all. I've had more preferred customers and associates sign then with any other company I've done. I love BookWise!

gracia: So, you are saying that membership costs $39.95 each month? How do you get past that high cost?
That's not a high cost. I am in The Berry Tree, an incredible opportunity with a monthly cost of $55.95. I don't consider that high, either, not when there are businesses that expect you to pay more and more, into the thousands to progress up through their compensation plan. Our business never asks more than the $55.95, for which you get one month of the product to use, corporate advertising, multiple prospecting and training websites, awesome customer support, a very profitable compensation and profit sharing plan, etc.
I look at it this way, does routine maintenance stop people from buying cars, or do health club fees stop people from working out? Do franchise costs to own a McDonalds, a Subway or a Starbucks prevent people from buying into those businesses? So why should it seem inordinately high to have membersip fees in the $30 to $ 50 range? I don't get it. I will keep paying my fee and keep working my business, and most of all, keep having fun doing it. It's fun when you know you have a winner, and you have the ability to make so many people's lives better!
Nuff Said
