Interesting. Another fan of Andy, obviously made a lot of cash from poor suckers like me who came in at the end. Might want to address why neither he nor Pastor Bob seem concerned about Andy's purported checkered history involving fraud charges. Also, neither does he really address the Ponzi issue. He just says there are future plans for outside sources of income, the same old song from the past recruiting days. Scary part of his letter was to suggest they raise money on the capital markets in the future....to fund rebates!! Wow. Can he be that foolish?
Anyone have any information about Juan Fernandez being arrested for securities fraud today or yesterday?
