Can anyone tell me what the story is on the supposed Compliance / Investigator who is the war hero with purple hearts and did a COMPLETE investigation on Andy and all that came up was a speeding ticket? I haven't heard a word on this guy and quite honestly he should go down big if he lied all along. Love to know what his real story is....

That's him! He was one of the people that really swayed everyone with his business history, dogfights, purple hearts, investigative history etc. He swore up and down that Andy was the most trustful and clean man he had ever seen and after investigating the business he said he would never put his impeccable reputation on the line for anyone else but Andy because of his honor. Geeeeezzz! What happened to this Don Peterson?

For his sake he better be hiding. He supposedly had some FBI background and after reading the entire document of charges I'm sure he was in on the scam. Andy and him probably go way back.

Stay tuned. We will hear more about Don Peterson. My guess is that he is in on the scam. I am certain the Feds have him under a close watch as we speak. Why didn't anyone do a background check on Don Peterson? I have to be honest Don sold me on Andy when he spoke at a rally. It turns out he never even did a background check on Andy. All lies!

What if Andy's right hand man Juan is the one doing all of this embezzling right under Andy's nose?
Has anyone considered that?
Juan had access to everything; he could have easily done that all under Andy's name.
Has anyone done any background on Juan?

Juan's job was probably hiding the money. ASD has taken in over $200,000,000. They have paid out around $25,000,000 in rebates. The feds seized $53,000,000. That leaves $122,000,000 MISSING! Where is the money? It's buried somewhere overseas for the Bowdoin family to enjoy for generations.

I don't buy that.
Andy is still here going into the webroom. If he is guilty, then why would he bother at this point? Besides that, Andy said he would be on the conference call on Friday.
Why would a 74 year old man want to skip the country?
The allegations of the moving of money overseas, the purchases made with the debit cards, and the purchase of a house overseas, could have all easily been done in Andy's name by the CEO who has access to it all.

I agree. It is kind of funny that the feds waited until right after the two biggest money rallies. If they really wanted to protect people they would have busted this up BEFORE the 50 million dollars was taken in at the rallies. Or at least prevented the rallies from happening until they checked into the program. It's almost like they purposely waited until the big money came in and then went after the loot. Kind of sketchy. They better get that money back to the members.

IFyou get any money back you will be lucky and in most cases you will only get back about 1/10th of what you put in. Those who promoted this program and made the most money will get zero back and probably find themselves facing a guy in a black robe and 12 of their fellow citizens.
I am truly amazed how quick you have changed your tune concerning this program especially after some of the PM's you sent me in the past.

I think one of the biggest things I see going on, based on previous posts touting ASD and based on some of the reasoning going on still, is the fact that MANY of you are very quick to believe someone from within a company.
I can't count the times I've seen, "well such and such said it was all ok", or "I can't believe he would lie, he's such a nice guy", or "he has an impeccable reputation", or "Andy said his lawyer said, etc"
There was a large portion of people who defended the company with statements from the company...
IF ASD proves to be legit, in the future please use a little more skepticism in regards to what you believe and who is feeding you what information.
I guess I can see how the current media can get away with the things they get away with in regards to the current election based on how quickly people believe things.

Exactly my point from another thread. People who are gullible need to know and accept that they are just that and seek major independent reinforcement before jumping into future schemes. Not to listen to insiders who obviously are going to find any way or means to prove its legitimacy.
That is what happened to me. I had a two hour conference phone call with three successful ASDers and I asked repeatedly "where is the money coming from?" After two hours of not getting anywhere, two out of four hung up and my direct sponsor convinced me to give it a try. It's only $5,000, what did I have to lose? So, despite my better judgement I gave him $5,000 to put in to ASD at the end of June. I am gullible. I am not so naiive to think that the Federal government would shut down a legitimate business without good reason and all this has doen is teach me a lesson to listen to and trust my intuition in the future.
Stop the whining please people and get on with your proper lives.

Don't want to start an argument with you but I was agreeing with everything you were saying until your last sentence. Everybody has a different way of dealing with their problems. If their release is "to whine", who are you to criticize them?
You're still posting on this forum in what sounds like whining about others whining. Telling others to stop whining does not seem to me as getting on with your proper life.

Absolutely. Actually I think I am becoming a little obsessed with the whole thing and am going to delete my link to the forum. I think the funeral is over and I should now maybe leave the wake. If the company comes back to life I will be notified and then we can have a big party to celebrate!

And now they want them for money laundering???!!! Funny thing that they didnt seem to want them to get all those W9s on file before they came in, or let them keep a list of the members' cheques not yet cashed.
And what about the tens of thousands of happy advertisers in ASD - they didnt interview them??? Or maybe they did and "forgot" to put up their testimonies on the Complaint??

This is so obviously a set up that we need to get OUR voices heard. Noone at ASD has ever scammed me. I have looked everything through with a fine tooth comb and I find no ponzi - just an innovative and sustainable rebate programme as a bonus to my advertising. Right now the only one scamming me is the US Department of Justice.
Send your emails to the address the company gave us
[email protected]
and tell them about the good your advertising with ASD has done for your business and your life.
Write to your congressman, your senator, your newspapers. Tell them you want the ASD site back!!
