iggyigette: Golden Panda is Registered with Clarence but the incorporators include Andy Bowdoin and Dawn... I believe Dawn is the daughter or Clarence and also happens to be the Moderator of some of the Q&A sessions...

so all three ,Andy, Dawn and Busby are all associated with the english, spanish and now chinese sites. Interesting!
Well the english site ASD is working to bring in daily rebates very well , haven't done anything with the spanish site but will buy ad pkgs in Panda because at least it is in english and I can read the instructions etc and see my money accumulate ....

I've done quite a bit of research, it appears that Andy gives Golden Panda his full support. From what I've heard Andy is in his 70's and just does not have the time nor energy to run another company, so he trusted Mr. Busby enough to take the ball and run with it. I think they have other business ventures together as well.

I am going to give Panda a chance, heck with 100% matching and 3% I could recoup seed money fast!
Not to mention with the Olympics coming up Golden Panda could get a lot of attention !

Although, he is unable to take on this new venture with us, we want our members to know that we intend to run this company with integrity and efficiency, and again we want to thank Mr. Bowdoin for his gift of Golden Panda Ad Builder.
Below is the letter that he approved to send out to our members. We hope this helps to explain the seperation between ASD and Golden Panda Ad Builder, in the light that Mr. Bowdoin expressed it to us.
To the Members of Golden Panda Ad Builder,
The Golden Panda Ad Builder Site will be opening its doors in the next few days. In all of the preparation and excitement surrounding the Chinese Site's opening, there have been many conflicting reports brought forth concerning ASD's affiliation with Golden Panda Ad Builder. I would like to caution those of you reading this letter, to consider much of the negative things you hear about ASD, La Fuente Dinero and Golden Panda Ad Builder, as what they are, inaccurate truths, especially those concerning any conflict between ASD and Golden Panda Ad Builder's affiliation.
All three sites, ASD, La Fuente Dinero and Golden Panda Ad Builder are separate companies. The intent in starting Golden Panda Ad Builder has always been that it would operate as a separate company. ASD and La Fuente Dinero are operated out of Quincy, Florida. Golden Panda Ad Builder is operated out of Acworth, Georgia. Both the ASD and La Fuente Dinero Sites are operated, by myself, Andy Bowdoin, as President. Golden Panda Ad Builder is operating under the leadership of Clarence Busby, Jr. He was chosen by me, to start and run the Golden Panda Ad Builder Site.
There are many transitions and enhancements taking place at ASD and La Fuente Dinero, at this time. Because of the large efforts and time constraints placed on running two companies, I am unable to take on the additional challenges that are involved with opening another company/site. Due to these large time constraints and the daily issues that arise in operating two large companies, I have chosen to resign from my position as President of Golden Panda Ad Builder. I have chosen to place control of ownership, operation and management with Mr. Busby and his capable staff. I have full confidence that Mr. Busby and his team will operate a professional and efficient company and I give him, his staff and Golden Panda Ad Builder my approval on this new, exciting adventure.

Yeah, I probably will, too.....get in, that is.....I've gone back and forth but had pretty much decided I'd buy a few ad packs, what with the 100% match...
It WAS nice to see additional, clarifying information, though....
ALthough in re-reading the first bulletin, it infers Andy didn't write it but merely gave the OK to post it.....anyone else see it that way? NOT that that's a negative......

Good point.... but since he approved the letter it's just as good as him writing it himself. As a matter of fact I don't know how many letters top execs write anymore, I think they just sit back and approve or disapprove them. At any rate sign me up!!!!!!!!

Hi all,
Just signed up on this forum and doing my due diligence on the panda site. I just checked the terms and conditions again today and cant find the promo anymore. I actually printed out the terms and conditions when I signed up so I can compare the two and I cant find anything about the promo. It seems to have been deleted. Am I right?
BUT there has been no change in the updated "date".
For example, my printed copy says "Updated: July 13, 2008" and this morning the date hasnt changed but no mention of the promo anymore. It used to be right under the heading "Advertising Rebates".
Also I cant access the opportunity section on the home page. Anyone know where to find the 100% match promo in writing.
I want to be sure before I send in any money. I am concerned. They are ready to accept money yet there is no way to check the account to see if the 100% match is honored. Also, no way to contact anyone to ask why the promo is no longer in writing any where on the site.
I am getting red flags on this one. Anyone have anything to add that might be more reassuring?

I sent 2 USPS money orders about a week ago, and my W-9 a few days ago. My Panda account has been credited. I received 3% in the morning. All is well so far.

The levels are trainee etc
trainee is free membership
3% commission on first level
Can someone explain what that means??
3% commission when you sign someone up
but 3% of what?

I would say do both IF you can afford to.
Benefits:
Golden panda 100% matching bonus!PLUS 3% for 30 days
ASD when up and running 25% to 50% matching bonus plus 1%

so what happens after the 30 days. your only at 90% rebate how do you get the rest? dos it drop down to .5% a day after that till you reach that 125%? also is that 30 days reset for every new add you buy or after you reach that .5% a day that is all the more you will ever get?
if any one has any idea about this i would realy like to know.

The first 30 days the company has been open everyone gets 3% daily rebates (i think 1.5 or .5 on the weekends), again this is not promised. After 30 days the % may remain higher than 1% or it may stay at 1%. Hope that helps, read the FAQ and TOS if you haven't already.

Email received from Golden Panda in response to question about 3% rebate.. it took them 13 minutes to respond to my email. Thought this might prove useful.

The 3% rebate is still there. We removed it because we can not guarantee
it. The 3% will begin as soon as your ad packages are funded. We do not

Just a reminder to those posting
ASD and Golden Panda are separate Companyies.
They "were" started by Mr. B. But he has stated in a news posted at ASD, He wishes Those at Golden Panda all the best, but his focus is with ASD and La Fuentue. He re-signed from President status, and handed the reins over.
Lets just keep it clear two separate business!
