Hi Guys - I'm having a bit of a headache at the mo and I wondered if anyone can help! I transferred a total of $574 from AlertPay to my ASD account on 24th June - my first major spend with them - and it STILL hasn't been credited. This is day 20 now and I am starting to get a little nervous, as you can imagine! I sent in a ticket explaining my problem and get a reply asking me to send them my Alertpay receipt so they could investigate further. But when I go to attach it with the 'Attach File' button, it uploads for a few seconds then always hits me with the message 'File upload failed. Please try again'. I have - manys a time now - on both my mac and girlfriends windows laptop, but to no avail. Has anyone else had this file upload failure problem?
The closest I can do is copy and paste the text from my Alertpay receipt into the ticket with an explanation of the problem and hope it is enough for them, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it won't be!
I am getting nervous also about the fact that they say they are going to stop using Alertpay at the end of the month, so if this isn't sorted by then, I don't know what is going to happen! Unfortunately, I am currently living in Thailand, so it is difficult for me to call into customer services to see if they can do anything, and from what I've heard, it is hit and miss whether I will get through or not anyway!
I have tried emailing my sponsor, but have had no reply from him. He is a major player with 'hundreds' of people in his downline, according to him, so I'm not holding my breath on that one...
I have been following this forum since I became interested in ASD and found it to be a great, friendly wealth of information and advice, and I just wanted to tell my tale and see if anyone can help or advise me.
Thank you!!

This must be exactly why they are no longer going to take AlertPay come the end of the month.
I don't think they like emails with attachments as proof for anything anyway, they seem to want hard copies. So even if it goes through, they may not accept it.
If I were you, and I know living in a different country puts a whole new difficulty on everything, I would either print out and fax them my AlertPay receipt /w an explanation letter, or postal service mail them a hard copy of the receipt with a letter.

Yeah put it in the Mail with a letter of explanation. That is a sure way you know they will receive it. I would not trust the fax machine.

The putting it in the mail suggestion is probably what I'd do, too, though I don't imagine getting mail from Thailand to Florida is very quick.....
Am wondering if you should contact Alert Pay and ask THEM why it won't upload, or if they could send you something that you could forward on to ASD? (By the way.....I just went to my account to see if I could upload any of my files.....THEIR site is temporarily down too, though....lawdy....)
I know living in Thailand makes it difficult to call anyone, but an email to Alert Pay might work. I emailed them once and got a pretty quick reply (within 24 hours).....OR, is there someone you trust with your life in the States who could "be you" and call Alert Pay directly?

I suggest you send in a support ticket - or a reply on the original one if you have already sent one - with
a COPY PASTE of the Transaction from the Alert Pay back office and your alert pay email address on it.
And have another go at your sponsor to help you. that is what we are here for.

Thanks for the response guys. I have emailed my sponsor again, also Alertpay as suggested by Caterina - thanks for that - and even Robert Fava as suggested by Luminous. I've copied and pasted the receipt from AP into another ticket to the support people and crossing my fingers! They did actually tell me to send the receipt in a ticket, so at LEAST they aren't asking for a hard copy! It would be quicker for me to walk from Thailand to Florida the way our postal system works...
The site being down doesn't help my feelings of impending doom either, I'm afraid! Sory for the neg vibes man, but so far I have sent over $500 to a Mr Andy Bowdin and got diddly squat in return.
I'll report back here what happens, so anyone else who has been having problems with AP might get some ideas...
Pray for me...!

Just relax. This company have never conned anyone yet and I dont think they are going to make an exception for you! LOL
There are delays - this is not an online company run by computer whizzes ffom their back bedrooms. It is an online company with around 100 staff all working overtime coping with the stuff from what is now 120,000 members between the two sites! from around 10,000 at he beginning of the year.
So if even half of them send in a ticket and make a phone call or post them a letter or they have a transfer to hand check - you can imagine that there might be some delays - especially as they are waiting to move to enough space where everyone can have their own desk and phone and space to work!!
If you have done what was suggested - sent the copy paste of the Alert pay transaction plus your alert pay email address - it is now in the system.
Your money will get onto your account. Alert pay has always been problematic with ASD and they are stopping it at the end of the month as a purchase method, although we will still be able to cash out with it.
I know it is drag to have to wait - but that is all it is.

Hi there IrishP!
Yes.. I am still trying to put a smile on my face, and I do feel with you. I really do! It is VERY frustrating and even stressful, some times leading to real pain, to be in this kind of situation.
However, if it makes you feel any better, (I know it probably will not) I am now into my FIFTH WEEK after having sent ASD US$1.000,- as an urgent wire transfer, and my ad-packages has still not turned up in the back office of my ASD site. Of course, for the last 2 - 3 days it has not been possible to even access that as the site is down..
My BIGGEST concern and criticism here is that thet (ASD) are doing a terrible job in answering, (not answering at all!) and communicating their present situation to people like you and me. But... I am stilling crossing my fingers and hoping to be able to make money with this like so many others are.

Panman
Have YOU sent in a ticket with a copy paste of the transfer details? If you havent - do so straight away.
If you have - open up the ticket and with the content in front of you Call the office and ask them to deal with it. And get your sponsor to help too. And why not take up Robert Fava's kind offer of emailing HIM with all the details to ask for help.
