I've tapped into the Dani Johnson website. I've seen the countless testimonials, and am anxious to hear any input from people on this forum. Is she strictly motivational or does she provide training on specific marketing strategies too? Sometimes the amount of testimonials scares me into thinking that maybe this isn't such a good thing or that there must be some sort of catch.

I love Dani Johnson. I have gone to one of her conferences and you can believe every testimony you hear or read about. You learn so much in the two day conference you need to go again, which I plan to do.
It is not about hype. It is about relationships, personality types, how to deal with people and loads of other information. It is very much worth the money to go. You come back a different person.
I do have to say it has a very strong Christian bias which is fine with me since I am a Christian, but the information works whether you believe the way she does or not. You do not have to be a Christian to benefit from her seminar.
I have not been the same since I came back from her seminar.

When I went to my first - First Steps to Success seminar it totally changed my business AND my life around.
Be prepared to see big changes in your family, marriage, and business if you go to hear her. She has a way of digging into where it hurts but if you are ready for a breakthrough - you will go.
Oh, and take a box of kleenexes. I am not talking about emotional women crying their eyes out - I have seen grown men in business suits and ties - bawling because they FINALLY got an answer to why they were struggling in areas.

I attended a first steps to success seminar about a year ago in Chicago - it was excellent. I'm a hardcore introvert who seldom ventures outside of my home... but even amidst my feelings of anxiety (because of all the people), I got a lot out of the weekend.
My brother & sister in law are Dani fanatics - they attend just about every seminar - but I think she's personally mentoring them. I'm not at the point where I could handle Dynasty (I hear there's a lot of person to person interaction), but I plan on heading back out to another first steps this year.
If you deal with people directly in your business I highly suggest that you check out her first steps seminar at least once - you'll get so much out of it... it's not just motivational, it's real-world training that will put you miles ahead of where you were before you went.

Yes, Dani is awesome I have not gone to a first steps yet but I have been on her live calls I am also a member of the free site and was a member of the paid option at one time as well. I canceled that during the time I stepped away from network marketing. I have several of her CD, scripts for cold calling (awesome a must have).
She is the real deal, good luck

Dani will change your life and your business. I've been to 4 events now and my business has absolutely exploded. I work less, my relationship with God, my husband and 3 sons is ALIVE AND WELL!!! Don't hesitate ... just go ... once you're there, you'll actually be freaked out that you could have missed it!

Dani,Dani,Dani,
I havent seen her for over 13 years! We were living in Concord CA. and bought into a MLM business RESULTS, also referred to as the Jelly Bean Diet. we were ground floor marketing this new life changing product and Dani was our top sales / Promotion speaker! We ached to hear what she said and we went to every event she spoke at! She is a great speaker. We tryed getting closer to the "inner" circle but it wasnt going to happen. Her story at the time was she was homeless and living in Hawaii trying to figure out how to survive.
Anyway, We pushed the product for a while, then ended up with cases of it not being able to move it and Poof! it was over!
Fast forward to 2008!!!
Two weeks ago the wife and I are surfing the net working on our company and who pops up with a video doing motivational speaking? DANI
I havent seen her new program compleatly, but she is still as powerful a speaker, maybe even more after all these years.
Its a truly small world when you see someone you know on a more personal level making it to the big show!!!!

Generally speaking, I think she gives valid advice. I have been on a few of her calls and found them to be very informative. Once you learn how to tap into the most valuable resource you have (yourself) you can make life changes and do countless great things.
