Hey guys - I'm new to the forum and am in search of new ideas. I'll give you some information about myself and let me know if you have an work-at-home proposals for me.
I'm a full-time student with a laptop and am given enough money to live off of, however, I need more income to pay for discretionary expenses.
My strengths are in computers, finance, accounting, booking, consulting, management, and sales.
I don't want to do a scam or survey gimmick, however I'd like to start making money as soon as possible.
Having the flexibility to do what I can, when I can would be preferable.
Any thoughts? Success stories? Similar situations?

Hi David, Welcome To The Forum!
The strengths you named are very good to have. Since, you say you're into sales, I suggest MyInternetBusiness.com for you. It gives associates flexibility to make money. The main reason people join MyInternetBusiness is because literally every piece of software, ebook, etc. is available to resell. This database is constantly being updated with new material. This is great for capitalizing on niches. I joined to resell the MyInternetBusiness Product Suite, which comes in Bronze - $495, Silver - $995, Gold - $1995, and Platinum pack - $2995. Each package is broken down into various layers. It includes services for running an online business, a personal business assistant, that media vault I mentioned earlier, marketing tools and resources for promoting sites, and valuable video tutorials to train you to build high income generating websites. I joined at the silver package approx. 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. After educating myself in the back office tutorials and using that attained toc reate a string of traffic driving websites, I closed my first sale about 1 week and a half later, that was around last Monday I believe. It is mostly a plug a go program, you're mostly just promoting your free websites that they give you, which is simple because they teach you.

Hi David, Well in addition to working from how with GDI(Check the sig) I have a stay at home job as a bookkeeper for a company. If you know what you're doing in regards to accounting and feel comfortable I would suggest getting on Craigslist and searching in your area in the accounting finance section for a part time telecommute Bookkeeping job.
How far off are you from graduating?
When I first left college I jumped right into marketing my accounting skills and found a very nice company to work for the was flexible and such. And for someone who only had 1 year of college work at the time I was paid damn well.
Beyond that I would suggest sticking around the forum and reading up on what people are saying and promoting.
If you need any help on the craig's list stuff send me a PM.
Talk to you soon, Gilbert

Hi David,
Welcome to the forum. I read an interesting idea several months ago. (I can't remember if it was in this forum or another one).
The suggestion was for a college student to create a website around the local area of the college. You could organize student housing, local part time jobs, etc., good places for students to eat, hang out, etc.
You can set it up with local businesses or individuals so that they can place their job opportunities on your site for a small fee ($10 or so) and something similar for people who want to find college students for renters. Or you could work on some type of commission basis.
As for the restaurants, etc., they can pay you for advertising space. Maybe you could get them to offer online coupons for students to get a discount or something.
It would probably be best to give the students free access to the site at first until you get a bit of a following, but then you can upgrade it to a membership site (nominal fee) and that could be another source of revenue.
It's the type of thing that would be great to do while you are there in the area, but afterward if you move away, you can still have a viable business working for you in the background.
Anyway, I thought it was a clever idea!
Blessings, Angie

Hi David,
Welcome to the forum. You'll find some great home businesses that you can do while being a full time student. I'm with CCPro. I know quite a few students doing this as well as professionals. This business that I'm in, is not a scam. It's 100% legit. My web site is listed. If you want to take a look, please be my guest. On this forum, you may find a business that's a right fit for you. We're all here to help each other out. I for one, love to hear about other peoples success stories. Good luck on what ever you do. Remember, we're here to help you!
To your massive success, Michelle

Welcome to the forum David, You will find many different opportunities represented throughout this forum - different methods of creating income from affiliate marketing to free-lancing... small home based businesses and not so small home businesses....
If you are pretty internet savvy, you should be able to find something that'll fit you - just ask questions if you see something that interests you.
I have done a variety of things and my personal opinion is that you make money more quickly in a home business of some sort - if you have some capital to invest....some businesses cost as little as $19 to get started in but your best bet is to get started at a higher level if you want to take advantage of the compensation plan to the fullest...
Good luck - and feel free to ask if you have any questions, Viola

If you are looking for easy and simple, you might want to look into ASDcashgenerator. It only takes about 15 minutes per day. It is not a scam. Everyone who joins and purchases ad packs is making money every day. You can start f.r.e.e, check it out and see if you like what you see. Then if you are interested you can start with a amount as low as 10.00.
