Hello all.....
I am new here.
I work full time now but dont plan on it in 5 months from now. I need a way to supplement our income and need legitimate ideas. I do medical billing now & have heard you can do that from home but not sure how do start...Ahhhh
Anyone else in the boat???? Ideas???

Welcome to the forum!
Well...I'm not female or pregnant, but my best advice to you is to stay away from anything related to "quick and easy" money, since such a thing doesn't exist. You may want to check out Wealthy Affiliate, but it will take hard work.
Anyway...hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well and that you will find a part time income in some way, shape or form.

Congratulations pregomomma! What a blessing for you.
I'm female and wish I was pregnant. 
getagrip is very right in counseling you to avoid anything that says you'll make money quick and easy.
He uses Wealthy Affiliate which is a good program and I use SBI which is another one. The premise for both is similar I'd say.
The idea is that you choose a niche topic that you know something about or enjoy or are interested in learning about (it makes it less like work when you're enjoying yourself).
You then do some research to determine the keywords and phrases that searchers are using to find information on that particular topic. You use that info. to build keyword focused content pages on your website.
Once you have your site up and drawing targeted traffic you can make money by referring affiliate products and earning a commission or selling your own products or services, and you can always earn advertising dollars to with things like Google adsense.
Once you've got the site and traffic, the possibilities are endless.
It definitely takes work and persistence and patience, but you can build your self a nice little business or two that you run from the comfort of your own home.
As for the medical billing from home... ...I've got some friends who do that in PA, but I don't know how you'd go about setting it up. Perhaps you can make some arrangement with the company you work from now. Have you already tried?

Hi Pregomomma and welcome,
Great advice so far fro two seasoned veteran marketers. I guess another great question you'd want to ask yourself is are you looking for a job, or are you looking for a business. If you're looking for a job there are many great ways to find one.
Have you tried backpage or craigslist? They ahve a "telecommute" search function in their jobs section.
If it's abusiness you're after then this is hands down one of the best places to come to get decent honest advice. Stick around and definately take a look at peoples signatures for an idea as to what they are doing. There are 100's of roads to take, just make sure to do your research before hand.
Ask questions, post comments and in abut a week or less you'll have a great Idea on which direction you want to choose.

You have gotten some really good advice here. I don't do a whole lot with affiliate marketing as I have several home businesses so I wish you the best!
You will find a lot of different opportunities represented throughout the forum, so don't be afraid to ask questions on anything - that is how you learn the quickest....
