So many questions, just trying to figure this all out. This one may seem dumb..
I recently downloaded a program called Hypervre. I love this program. It generates keywords and content filled website.It is fast and the wheels are spinning in my head.
Now here is the question...
Do I purchase a domain name for each of these generated sites? I'm assuming yes.
Then most likely, I would have to have a host for multiple sites.
I guess, I just need to know if I am on the right track?

Hmmm...I'm not familiar with this software but three questions first, before I answer yours:
1 The content this wonderful software produces -- is it UNIQUE? It really needs to be.
Get hold of DupeFreePro from www [dot] dupefree [dot] com
It's free of cost, and free of of spyware. I use it regularly.
Always run articles and so on through it to ensure you're not releasing duplicate content into the public domain.
2 And does the generated content actually...make...sense?
A lot of content-generators spew out sheer, unadulterated garbage.
This contibutes to creeping web-rot, and weakens your credibility, of course.
3 Does the content produced actually help people who are looking for specific information to do with your site's topic(s)?
So many of these mass-produced sites generate content that's about as helpful as a chocolate ashtray in a desert.
If the answers to these key questions is 'yes' then, to answer your specific question, you could consider using Wordpress or Blogger to set up these sites.
You'll save on domain costs.
On the other hand, you could lose a lot of your 'free' sites because mass purging is not unknown!
If you pay for domain names at least they're yours -- until that fateful day you forget to pay the renewals...
Then there'll be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Hi Deanna,
Sitebuilders like Hypervre have been around for a long time and while those kinds of site that produce used to make money, Google and the other search engines, figured out a while back that they don't have the quality of content needed to really help people searching for things on the Internet.
So they either don't even index them and include them in their search results, or they do index them for a few weeks (so you may earn a bit of money), but then they de-list them from their results. So all the time and money you spent on that one site, is gone, and you have to start over again with a new site.
Years ago I made a number of them myself and they did well, now though they are not very good.
There are people, Internet Marketers, who still earn a lot of money with them, but, and they will tell you this, they work 8 - 12 hour days and produce 5-10 sites like those A DAY 
I don't know about you, but I could imagine doing that. I put together about one quality, unique content filled site every other month or so.
Max is totally right on the importance of having unique content that people want to read and as he says "

You may already know this..if you purchase a domain you might use your keyword phrase in the name.

You can build a Weebly site/blog and either use their sub-domain or on the spot purchase your own domain...

The best thing to do on the Web is the add value.
Automated site builders may gather pages related to you keywords, make simple changes and create new pages. But, is it unique? Does it add value to the Net? Probably not. It may not even make much sense. And, search engines can be fooled, but they get smarter and smarter--so your sites may quickly lose their value.
Too many people want to make a quick buck. Both Internet marketers and tool providers. The best long term strategy is to create unique content that ads value.

Authority type of sites seem to do better on a long term basis, but they do require a lot of work on an ongoing basis in terms of fresh content.
If you want to buy pay per click traffic than even a 1 page mini site can perform well if you can convert enough visitors into profitable sales to cover your promotion costs.

Hi Taberdude,
I agree with Max, Mike, and HiAchiever.
Content generators tend to spew out junky, non-unique content that will land you in hot water in a very short period of time.
I would walk away from it.

Yes, search engines may be fooled, but people won't. Once people come to your site and the content does not make sense, or appears spammy, they will leave as quickly as they got there, and guess what, no sales, or signups. Plus, search engines are not fooled forever, they will figure out your scheme, and actually you will be worse off than you were before you started.

just a comment - take this like it's coming from someone who might be a potential viewer of said site - if it sucks I am going to look at it for 2 seconds and leave. In my HOURS of searching for forums and communities and blogs related to working at home - do you know how many sites I found with really HORRIBLE navigation and DEAD forums, just pages and pages of terrible design and no info for the headache I got looking at garbage. Anways, my point would be that I am not a genius, and i can figure out in about 2 seconds if a site is just some piece of crap floating around in cyber space or a real living resource! I would think most people can too. IF your only goal is to get hits, without getting return viewers, maybe that works with proper marketing and linking etc, but I personally don't like all the poo online. it will not fool people. And do you WANT to fool people? I mean, what is the PURPOSE of these sites anyways?
That is actually a real question - not trying to knock whatever you are trying to do, but consider the goal of these sites and if it is really going to work. no one wants to land on a page of ads during a web search or some crap that doesn't make any sense!
