I had been using Linkman for managing my links but they haven't yet brought out the version compatible with FireFox yet. And I don't think they intend to do so. I have also used del.icio.us and Furl. None of them impressed me much, though del.icio.us is great.
Now I just came across something called Surfulater. It's not exactly a links management tool, but more like a information management tool. I'm quite impressed with it but like to see if any of you have used similar tools and happy with it.

Aside from Furl and del.icio.us, I also use Simpy. I personally love del.icio.us and Furl though. I like the simplcity of the del.icio.us urls and how its integrated into other stuff (like plug ins for Word Press, etc).
I guess it boils down to what kind of features you like.
