Currently working at home from Minnesota year-round, want to be in Arizona one week per month to expand business and avoid bad weather! Am trying to set up remote office with a contract employee there (who has their own firm) so I can generate work down there.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

it depend on what kind of business your doing. maybe you can tell us what its is.
