Do you have a manager or mentor you can work with - someone at the company?

As an owner of an answering service we are just finalizing our plans for at home agents. the problem is the technology is falling short of our expectations. We are nuts about quality. if we use the internet to carry the voice the quality is inconsistent but if we don-t we are not competitive forcing the at hoe agents to use a dial-up connection. the trouble surrounds the cost of long distance even at .02 cents per minute if you multiple that times 40 hours per week the cost is (40 hours x .02 rate per minute x 60 minutes per hour) 48$ dollars per month plus a local phone.
If you would like to be considered once we get this going please dont hesitate to study our web site at [Link removed - Admin]
Good luck to you. I suspect your message has urgency in mind and you need a job now but the key to working is choosing a field that you like first and then a company that will be around for the long run to provide benefits and consistency to your life. We have a 35 year track record.
Being customer centric it is crucial to make sure that we keep the customers happy with the quality they are used to receiving.
Sincerely,
Stephen Shooster, Co-CEO

Have you tried LiveOps? I know they are not an answering service but it's pretty easy.
