You should apply for work at home jobs instead, most genuine jobs have no joining fee

Try general transcription companies. Sometimes they'll hire without experience.

When you say "work at home" this could possibly mean several different things.
Are you looking to get a job, with say eBay being an online representative? Or are you trying to figure out how to start your own online business...Or make money writting articles

If it is a job, I would definately say DO NOT PAY MONEY. If it is starting a business that you would like to do then I would say a small investment is ok, so long as the system is sound.
I offer a business at my homepage(the link in my sig) that has a low, very low cost $10.
Also it would help to know if you are looking to get rich over night(not likely to find anything like that) or if you want to grow and build something.

You can start business with affiliate programs like clickbank, CJ without any cost.
