I also agree with westfam11, I believe that it entirely depends on your own personal interests and strengths. Getting paid well to do something that you love is the ultimate existence. And if you're not sure what your personal interests and strenghts consist of then that's your first job.
I have found myself in the same boat. And for me it really just came down to what I find myself looking forward to after I complete the tasks that I'm obligated to do. For me, I really just couldnt wait to get home and be with my children...which is how I ended up doing what I'm doing and loving it.
You're question, as easy as it might seem, is really an intense task...figuring out what your passions are. Here's to you on your quest!!

I important point you have to remember is never pay to get any jobs/ work from home.
There are many sites which will get you jobs if you want to do freelancing. The other best home business you can look into would be affiliate marketing.

This is just a list of things I think you should consider when joining any other online business program.

How long the program has been around. If it's less than a year then I would stay away from it just to be safe.

Where did you learn about it. If someone offers you a business program without you even asking for it then I would stay away. This is a sign of inexperience or just bad marketing ethics.

The "promises". If the promises of money which can be made are totally outlandish e.g. "make a million dollars in a month" then stay away.

The overall support. Ask questions about the program and if you don't get any responses its a good sign that the one you are contacting doesn't take the business seriously themselves.

The quality of the actual program. Spend a little time getting to know any program before you fully commit. Try to weed out any of the faults with the program.

The price. I don't think you should pay to work for someone but you do need to make some kind of investments if you want to build a business for YOURSELF. But I personally wouldn't bother with the ones that demand upfront money before you even join the program. I mean how can you decide if its worth you money if you aren't able to join and check it out for yourself first. I would also stay away away from the programs that charge ridiculous amounts of money.

Thats about it for now.
