Anyone tried Time & Chaos 7 contact management system?

I'm currently looking into several different contact management systems with calendar capabilities. Due to the cost of Act, I thought I would check out some less expensive options. Has anyone tried a program called "Time & Chaos 7"? If so, what has been your experience? Would you recommend as a complete system (I have about 1,000 contacts to add) and don't want to waste my time inputting all of these contacts if it is not a great product that will work for me.
