There are tons and tons of people out there who use the fear of being scammed to their benefit.....and scam people in the process. I have recently stumbled across a wonderful business opportunity and would like to share with you all how I found it, and how you too can find the right business opportunity for you. I have joined a group of people who have decided to tell the truth about network marketing and teach people how to decide for themselves whether a business opportunity is worth pursuing. I have learned so much from my coach and am now ready to start helping others to find their homes in network marketing. There is no charge and never will be a charge for this service, we do this solely to help others. If you are interested in some free coaching let me know by sending me an email with your phone number, time zone, and the best time to reach you.

pcwork, I have not had any training on that aspect but I would imagine that as long as you have internet and telephone you could do network marketing from anywhere in the world.

If you are wondering whether or not something is legit or a scam, check out http://ripoffreport.com
Type the name of the company in the search field, and if you see it listed, it might be a scam.

Get a Grip, are you serious?? The Rip Off Report?? A bunch of people who can't read directions/purchase agreements and contracts!! Oh, and don't forget the people who sign up for home based businesses and expect results for doing nothing! I don't think I've ever read but a few "reports" that were based upon fact or intelligence. I would agree that if a company has reports upon reports upon reports then maybe that's a red flag, but I certainly wouldn't put too much stock in the whiners on that site!!

I'm going to have to agree with Beckie1229.! Sorry getagrip! My advice would be...certainly go to the ripoff report and check it out. I'm sure what ever company you want to get involved with is in there! Get more than one persons or one sites opinion. Search until your tired of searching, then, take everthing into consideration and make your decision.!

Sites like the rip off report are the reason I am doing free coaching. Like Jason says, if you are researching a company then the company you are researching is probably in there. The best way to succeed in home business is hard work and knowing how to determine for yourself whether a business is legitimate, not by reading reports such as those.

You have a valid point pcwork but if you are from a different country you will know the culture and will know whether the product will work there....that is only assuming you are doing local sponsoring. Example: Someone from England could do business solely with people from the US and Canada and make the business work well even if there is no call for the products in England.

I think the beauty of the Internet is that it is Global in scope. You do not have to worry about whether your business will work if you live in India. Promote it in the US or Canada. There are so many options that one should not limit themselves. Think Globally!

bkamanski, I have to agree with you. Internet Marketing is a global opportunity. I don't think it was ever intended to be a local marketing strategy. The object is really, is for anyone, located anywhere to find a niche market and then promote it to everyone.
On a side note, bkamansi your click here link does not work
Daretodream, what you are offering is excellent. For me however, I found that research through forums and blogs seems to offer a myriad of information. Just typing the product name into the search engine will generate loads of articles on peoples opinion about a product. Word of mouth has an unbelievable impact and is a great way to learn is from other peoples experiences ... either good or bad.
Getagrip is right about reading up at ripoffreport - it would not hurt to gather as much information as possible before making a decision which affects your life. Apart from there I have seen some really informative information from here :

Think out the box.

You are better off thinking that any internet opportunity, especially one with a lot of hype, is a scam. Continue to think like that until somebody proves that it is not. You will save a lot of money and heart ache.

Bottom line is research of any online opportunity. These forums are one of the best ways to find out just ask about a program usually someone will have the information you are looking for. Another way is to google the name .There will be plenty of feedback out there.

dougadam: I would check with the BBB. Good point, but many businesses are smart enough to fly under the BBB radar, never mind become members themselves which allows them to scam people longer, bet many of you didn't know this? Yes, anyone can become a member, and there is no checking other than cashing your check. lol
The internet is the best place to check out if a company is a scam, just put in name of company and scam after it and you will get tons of hits, much of it bashing by the left wing anti anything set, but you will also find balanced reviews if you look hard enough. Bashers are always going to be vocal, but with a little effort you can get all the information you need to avoid the scams.
Success to all,
