Seems like most of our hits are coming from Asia. The ratio is 1 US hit for every 15 Asia hits.

You can always use country targeting in Adwords to display your ads to users of specific countries.

You can select the countries, and in USA, I think you can further refine the selection

I think you are best off selecting counties such as USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. This, of course, depends on what kind of product you are promoting...but people from these countries usually have more purchasing power than people from other countries, although there are exceptions. If, however, your product converts in Asian markets, but not in other countries, you can select specific Asian countries to get hits only from those countries.

Definitely target the countries you want to do business in and if those Asian leads get no sales then stop them for now.

Yes. Knowing where and how to make those minor tweaks in your Google campaign is very important for your overall results.
I've extensively studied Perry Marshalls AdWords written and audio courses many times and I can say that he's got it together. Lots of great tips and tricks no matter if you're a novice or expert. You'll pick up some cool things.
