You need to focus on one project first and get success with that project, Before you continue to the next project, jumping from one opportunity to another wouldn't help you.

All the information that is available to newcomers is quite overwhelming. You can find yourself off track without knowing how to get back to where you started.

Cherie has a good point. If there is no organization then success will no tbe achieved.

You can try to make a long term goal list and then you can make a list that has set daily goals that will help you achieve your long term goals. Lists helped me keep my focus and not to get sidetracked to the point I got lost. I did sidetracked but the list helped to pull me back.

Hi,

If you have joined many things already, I would suggest you go back to all of them, pick out which one you feel will give you the most chance of success, and the one you feel comfortable with, and work the program methodically each day.

Give it time to work.

If you really think all you have joined is useless, take a look on the forum to see if there is anything that takes your eye.

You already have good advise above. I would only say that please dont give up easily and stick to one or two opportunities at the start. Otherwise you would end up getting stressed and also possibly lose a lot of money trying to establish each business opportunity

Learn as much as you can about the business you're involved in.
Keep in touch with your support team (if you have one) but don't rely on them exclusively to tell you what to do.
Be self motivated and forge ahead with your goals always in mind.
Know your WHY and keep it close to you, it will help you get back on track when you feel discouraged.
Build strong relationships with your business partners and work closely with them.
Don't be afraid to try new things.
And most importantly, always keep a positive attitude.

I would agree with what has already been said... but also, I would tell you, if you joined something that is not giving you any support at all or helping you, then if it were me, I would NOT waste another minute on it. You need to stick with something that is giving you support and constant contact and help to get you going. If you don't have this you are not going to get very far. It takes teamwork to succeed. Especially if you are just starting out. After MUCH time and money, I finally found a system where I can talk to the actual Founder's of the business, live, daily via Skype and I cannot begin to tell you what a difference it is to go straight to the source and get the information and help I need. Plus the Skype chat for all our members is filled with other's there for great idea's all the time as well. You just can't succeed alone, you HAVE to find the right people as much as the right business.

The sooner people stop thinking they can just get online and instantly get rich the more successful they will become.

A study showed that networkers that average $20,000 a month, achieved it in 1-3 years, by referring between 40-75 people to their business. While only 8-12 of the personal referrals stayed in the business the networker entrepreneur achieved $20K in monthly income, by staying consistent and focused on achieving success.

Making money online is not instant. You need to do alot of reading, obtain the proper niche, design a good site, and learn proper SEO. Once these things come together, you'll start noticing some revenue!

I think there are a key issues you have to look at .

1. you need to make sure you stick with something, stop chaning companies..
2. You have to find a good mentor that is willing to help you grow.
3. you need to learn how to bring in leads
4. You need to learn how to sell to those leads.
5 you need to learn how to sell to them again..

this is the business in a nutshell .. stop over thinking..

I too have been searching online for a long time, so much STUFF out there it can be very overwhelming and make you pretty untrustworthy. My best advice is to focus on something, and try not to get sidetracked by too many things. If you "surf" the net you will never get anything done. Also, critical, if it is a truly legit work from home opportunity, it shouldn't ask you for money upfront, unless you are joining to become a member of something. Also those "teaser" that say, one time offer, or the kind with a countdown clock should ALWAYS be avoided!

I personally am doing article marketing, it is a lot of work, but overtime with patience I am finally making money instead of constantly spending it.

just stick with one business at a time and don't give up to easily. it is also a plus if you join with someone who will show you what to do like i did.

Hi,

Only thing I can say is choose right program!

You need to research and ask people about programs.

People's feedback is very helpful before start business~

If you are stuck with Affiliate Marketing,

Why don't your attention to "Click to Paid" Business~

It's easy, and anybody can do.

It is much easier than affiliate marketing.

Neobux is good example..

Happy day~^^

I agree with doing the research before joining anything and you will get a 'feel' for what is right for you - I also think it has to be something you are comfortable with and believe in.

Greetings,

I agree with many, start with one business first, learn how to achieve success with this one, then you can ad more as you start to see the internet can be self promoting once you know how to get your url to top of search engines.

If you have not already done so, get your own url, only a dot com as it is impossible to get on top of main search engines if you use other than com. Choose a name that will capture attention of your prospects, keep it general and use keywords in title is best.

What you will find, like I have, is that the older your url is, the easier it is to get to the top of search engines. You have to start somewhere, and this is the first step after you decide on what product or service you want to focus on.

Of course, you have to do your research on all businesses you are considering, and like was mentioned, if you have to pay to join to earn commissions, this is not where you want to start. Keeping costs in check is important with any start up, so the so called pay to play deals are not usually worth it, so start with affiliate programs which are usually free to set up, then simply take your new url, and point it to the affiliate url, then promote via free classifieds to start and then learn SEO strategies and build upon you site by adding other affiliate links, and in time, you can be promoting dozens of products and services like all the internet guru's now do.

Success to all,

I kind of disagree with the above post... I really believe that people just starting out are better off with a great system to join. The key to this is not only in finding a good system, but finding one that has the support of an entire team working with you and even FOR you. I would never have started making any success at all without the people in my business that are like a second family to me. I truly believe this makes all the difference. Once you have had the support of a great sponsor and be able to have contact 24/7 with others on your team and even the founder's, you realize that this is VERY rare to find on the internet with many businesses out there and it is truly priceless!

Also with most legitimate businesses, you are paying a monthly fee for products or a service, so starting out completely free may not be a good thing.

Whatever you are looking into, just check with this forum on that particular business and you will get very honest opinions about how others have done with it. If there isn't a thread about it, then start one. One of the best things about this forum is that any thread about any business will show up on the front page of a google search for that particular business search. What this means is that if you started a thread about that business, you automatically get a front page google! Keep in mind that if there is already a thread about your particular business, unless you have a new subject about it, then you can't start a new thread if one already exists. And even if you are only posting to an existing thread, it is still great exposure for you.

Not sure how Vashal managed it, but this forum ranks REALLY well with Google! I tell all my team to get on here as much as they can and sadly some people just don't listen when given good information, but I have gotten lot's of great team members from this very site!

Agreed,

Nothing wrong with a good system, but you still need to start with the basics before moving to more complex marketing systems which usually involve a larger investment. You should start with a business of interest in my opinion, so the product or service you choose is the most important decision, systems are great, but unless it was a low cost one, many beginners will not commit to spending more than a hundred a month.

Success to all,

I completely agree!!! I would NOT put much money into a system starting out, and I know other's wouldn't either! And honestly you just shouldn't have to. But there will most likely be some small fee's in almost any business.
