I'm looking for some immediate cash to fill in the gaps... is Associated Content worth looking at? As far as I can tell, you can make a few bucks from submitting articles.

Good morning Lars,

I actually just signed up with Associated Content this morning because I have heard good things about the site. I will keep you posted on what I learn.

please let us know. I happened to just find AC myself, but I am looking at it from a content user perspective. I have read a number of articles in the work at home type subject and some of the writers there seem top notch. I would be interested to hear how they review your articles for publication.

I like associated content for their upfront payments on approved articles. They pay by paypal within a week of getting credited to your account with no minimum. Excellent site plus you also get daily earnings from your article.

I didn't have much success with articles submitted to AC. They kept rejecting everything. Even articles that I had no problem getting published at EzineArticles.

I'm not sure there is a ton of money in articles from article directories that pay pennies for the reads, except in articles you write that drive traffic to your website to make you money from your product or service you are promoting. If writing articles it may be ideal to focus on writing for the purpose of driving traffic to your website and not to hope to make good money from the cash paid from article directories. They have to get money from somewhere to pay you, which is probably from the ads on their sites, so why not position yourself to benefit most from your writing by focusing to writing for the purpose directing quality traffic to your website(s). Even an adsense website would potentially make your more money.

It sounds as if the best way to find out (because every niche/product.writer is different) is to try it.
Good Luck!
