Cool! That must be a new one Maybe someone else will pop in and help you with that, but it must be super new because I haven't heard anything about the particular skill yet! Good luck!

Hi, I have just started with Westathome myself. I also have the Qwest contract as a strategic billing agent. I must say that I am a little nervous as I have never done the whole work at home thing; however, I am up for the challenge and am looking forward to it. I too would love info on the Qwest experience. Start training on Monday or Tuesday.

Hey group! I'mnew to this sight and hoping to get some support. I'm supposed to start training for the Q*est Billing Solutions soon and I have some questions... I'm currently in the process of being hired for Q*est. Apparently it's a new project for West. I'm both excited and a little nervous considering it's new so noone knows if it'll be great or rotten!! ... I'm mostly excited though! PLEASE, let me know how intense the training is and how your calls are going! Also, I'm wondering about schedules. . . I was told we would choose a recurrent weekly schedule for this skill...Mon-Fri, 9am-8pm, 30 hr weekly requirement. Is that information correct? Were you really able to make your own schedule? I need to work a split shift - a few hrs in the morning and a few in the evening and I'm worried they won't let me... Hopefully I'm stressing for nothing! Thanks a bunch for ANY info you can provide!!!
