OMG guys, do anyone have an idea on how long it will take West to reassign me to a new skill, to work, or do you have a number to call besides the 1800 automated line.

There is no real answer for that one. Some people get offered new lines right away while others wait months. Some have even reapplied to w*st and have gotten hired after resigning from a skill.
