well well well, nothing yet, im ready to work but i didnt pick good shift for wednesday 14 of april, i mean is not bad, but i dont like it lololol, i was doing some business with my husband...lololol, thats why i miss it lolol, but thats fine is they keep posting shifts like that we gonna be able to make more than 40 ...like a say max is 50 per week.........ok guys see ya!

hey !!! they talking about more shifts available for monday read our messages in our gateway, i keep u inform... cuz i dont anything yet! in spectrum!
this is info, for all agents who doesnt pick any shift for that day, or for agent s who want to pick to max of 12 per day!

Yes, there seems to be many more hours to choose.
The call volume is high --- I average 20/hr.

I feel so much better now. I have enough hours this week to make me feel comfortable breathing. Want you to know how much I appreciate you guys being around. It feels better, like I'm not so alone dealing with this Spectrum stuff.

Really weird --- Sunday hours are up and available for today. Only thing is it's 10 P.M. and the hrs. available are from 11 A.M.- 4 P.M. The day is over and all of these hours are showing up.
Strange . . .
Cookie, have you been working with the increased call volume? I've hardly been able to take a breath, much less a sip of water.
