Okay so I am starting my training and the first part of training is like 40 pages long, i have already taken 2 hours of my allowed hours to get through the basic and the first 10 pages of citi at this rate i don't know if i will be able to finish the other 2 parts if they are as long as the first. Secondly has anyone started taking citi calls yet, if so how are they?

Each section of each module has there own subset of pages any where from 4 to 37. I finished with time left and wrote over 4, 70 page notebooks of notes. Take good notes. Unless you have a superb memory you will need them especially at the end when you get to the sale portion of the training. I am sure you will do just fine. My thoughts were the same when I began the training.
As to the second question, I dont believe any agents are taking Citi calls yet due to the fact Citi has not issued log in creditials to west yet for the new agents

I finshed with everything on the 27th if January. They told me unitil logins are obtained from citi that training access is blocked so that they dont think you are not scheduling hours. Did they put a temp block on yours after you were done training? I feel like we were encouraged to finish with bonus potential and now they will expire before logins are obtained from Citi. Had I known this I had plenty of training hours left, I would have made training last longer to keep at least being paid while waiting!!!! Did you get an email for the citi source webinar?

I keep gettin webinar notifications for webinars that I already attended. You are allowed to attend a webinar that you already attended and they will pay you for it. I am exactly like you.. I completed the training as fast as I could with crazy remaining hours thinking I would start working immediately after training. I guess we're just sitting ducks. Is this your only skill. I'm going to inquire how we could pick up another skill while we wait. Have you ever done that? BTW yes they did block my sales training when they gave me the supplemental training and it has been blocked ever since.

It's also slow going for me. I am 11 hrs into my training and I'm only on page 32. I wasn't able to listen to the sample calls in the tone and empathy section. Did anyone else have this problem? And can anyone tell me what they do in the webinars? I'm catching on with the reading but I still learn better by active examples.

Oh yeah! I got an idea from another thread about taking screenshots and it's been a Godsend. I found myself taking soooooo many notes and printing out the screenshots are much easier.

OK Guys, I just finished the privacy section and am scheduled for my first webinar 2maro morning. Should I wait for the webinar before I take the test?

Just an update...I went ahead and took the test. Got a 95! Yippee! The screenshots were perfect! I advise everyone to use them. To save ink and paper, just save them all to one folder and pull up the folder to view them. You can just flip thru them while taking the test. I'm going to start the next module after the webinar. I hope it goes as well. Good luck everyone!

Hi! How long have ya'll been waiting for your logins? I have been done for a week now...still nothing...I think they should give us all the $100 bonus they offered since we all worked our *sses off to get it, and lost so many training hours we could have been paid for. Had I known.....

Should i reapply to West so soon to get another skill assign to me or should i wait a few months. Anyone please let me know what to do they said i am still a employee but i failed the Citi traning and still have not heard from West
