Hey everyone,
I've been with West for about a month and am really disappointed so far. I will give a little more time though.
My skill is DR and am paid per talk minute. Last night I was scheduled for 5.5 hours and made only $12! That's less than minimum wage and am really not impressed with this pay scale.
The calls were few and far between. It's wise on their part to pay talk minutes, but I'm not feeling like it's in my best interest. Like I said, I'll give it a little more time before I made a decision.
Just wondered what other people's experieces have been.
thanks!

Hi phonemom! Don't worry because you will get paid minimum wage per hour for your state if your talk time works out to be less!
Hugs,

Yes you will get paid talk time or min wage whichever is the greater amount. At the end of the pay period when you check your pay information it will show your adjusted pay . It is "possible" to make more than min wage depending on your state and what times you work. I work mostly at night so for me I usually make my states min wage. But I have taken calls during the day and it is usually much busier. Plus you receive calls based on your ranking, the lower the number the more calls you receive (ie if you are ranked a 1 you are routed more calls).
Hope this helps..
