I was just wondering if you can forward your calls to a different number while working for west. Or if you can have two different numbers on file for the calls to be sent to. I live in one state but often visit family in another. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Don't know if that would work or not. Would like to know though, I guess it would be good if you went out of town and could fwd your calls so you could work with a laptop if you have one. I hope someone responds that know. You may have to contact West to find out.

I don't know specifically for West, but I've had 2 other phone services and was able to forward my calls to any number that I wanted to (I think that is the point of call forwarding).
I was able to activate my call forwarding via the websites or via the voicemail, and then deactivate whenever I wanted.

Well while I was working the other night someone's phone died and they asked if they could use their cell phone to take calls and they told them absolutely not you have to have a land line with no features. So I don't know if it would work if you fwd your call to someone's else's land line, they would have to have no features on their phone also.
