I have been with West for 9 months now and I've received quite a few emails about V. Bucks and each email I get, it states V. Bucks and how the more you work, the more you earn. Well I am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to get any info about how much I have, how to redeem them, etc. I get the run around, I am told to email a certain person who has NEVER gotten back to me, the live chat in the FAQ section I get hung up on, etc etc. Has any of you EVER gotten your V. Bucks balance or instructions on how to redeem them?
