Good Heavens... I cannot believe all the stuff I am reading for Toy "R" Us.... Anyone else training for this????? It's so confusing .. When I was training to work at a bank, it was not this complicated and at least I wasn't training alone!! Instead of finishing in 20 days, they were saying we need all trainees to finish by Saturday.. Well, I did not!! No way I could start working and try to remember what all I have read and try to look up my notes... I'm not sure I will be able to do this!!! Anyone else feel this way?? My daughter was training for DHL and she couldnt do it... Too much to learn all at once... AND I AM ALMOST 60 years young and have not worked in over 10 years..... Want to hear from other newbies please....

For home based jobs, training is comprehensive since it is documented. You can always refer to the notes, if you have forgotten something.

Hey Patty... I am right there with you. I just began live this week with Toys R Us and everyday I have gone on I have been completely frustrated. I haven't been able to answer the customers calls and can't get the help I need in adequate time. I really don't know what to think about all this. I would appreciate keeping in touch because I guess I will give it about 2 weeks but at this point I feel like a complete failure and I am a smart woman. Ha ha. Anyway, yes and it is alot of information. I feel like I am throwing a stone in the ocean and I give great customer service just can do nothing to help them and also its maddening with the new Right now system. Makes me not want to be on during scheduled times and my numbers aren't good at all. Keep in touch
