Hi all! I'm new to the forum, looks like there's a lot of great info here!

I'll be starting training with West this week, I already work for another customer service company but I will be resigning if West proves to be more flexible which I want. I am afraid I will be earning less though, it seems like hours are hard to come by. Is this true and when are the busiest call hours? The only skill that was available to me was DR and I see the posts on how it's not that desirable, but I've been working collections for a cellular company and the calls are terrible - everyone is angry and yelling all the time, I thought West would be a good change of pace. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
