Because of the citrix downloaded virus that trashed my computer Saturday night, and the fact that the PAL line would not be answered, I missed hours that I couldn't work or post for trade. Because of that my show up rating is only 60.38%. Am in danger of being fired already?
Of course if WEST would admit that the virus came form them it would be excused, but they won't so it's held against me. Ugh!!!!!
Oh, and what is the difference between login hours and staff hours? And also Schedule Adherence and ShowUp Rate? In both cases they seem like the same thing, but they are slightly different percentages.

Staff hours are the hours that you were signed in to work, login hours are the hours that you worked while signed in, so if you hit make busy it makes your login hours, or actual work hours go down.
schedule adherence is how often you show up to work the shift you are scheduled to, show up rate is just the average of how often you show up, for example if you were scheduled to work 2 shifts and only showed up for one and no one picked it up for trade your show up rate would be 50%.
I don't know what they will do about the crash thing, never had that happen before.

I have the same problem except I had to dish out money that I did not have to get my pc fixed I re-installed windows but there was so many issues I could not fix them all now short on pay plus money to fix pc and now no money to pay electric bill and groceries I am a single Mom and my scores all went down to last time they went down this low I got a pin worked hard brought them all up to over 90 now back down ,I tried and tried to calL p*l but never got an answer

whats this about a virus? i started working with west in october and around xmas my computer crashed and i was able to do a non destrctive recovery, then last week the hard drive completely failed. thank god i had my laptop but i had to install another 1gb ram for the apps to work. i had to buy a new hard drive and install that only to find out my recovery cds dont work past #3! Is this what the virus did? Do you think thats what happened to me? What did west say they are doing about it? Sure would be nice if they paid for the hard drive and new recovery cd's
