Failed Training now what?

I failed training with DR was on the next to he last exam and it had to do with OPB or something like that I am new to West and e mailed them asking for a do over, will they allow that and also how long before I get a new skill with the Holidays coming up could it be really soon?

I'm not completely sure, I'm new my self. But from what I've read it can take up to six months to get offered a second skill if you fail one.
