No measuring needed, just about what you would think is good.

Sprouted Quinoa
Bok Choy
Cucumber
Squeeze � a Lemon
Parsley
Cilantro
Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic
Baby Carrots
Tomato
Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
Bragg - Soy Seasoning
Dried Apricots
Dried Goji Berries
Raw Seaweed
Dried Coconut
Balsamic Vinegar

Feel free to omit or add ingredients
This Salad is extremely healthy!
