Truly i have spent so much money trying to make an income from home. I just recently found a business.. that just started up.. Thats really what you have to do is find something.. get in on it early before everyone knows about it and you have to work a million more hours just to find the few that dont.

There are many successful moms working from home. I work with moms every day that work from home that are making a six figure income. There are so many legitimate work from home opportunities now. There are scams too, so just be careful. Research and research again. The biggest thing is finding one that is just right for YOU! Keep looking, you'll find it. Here is to your success. God bless!

Angel1265...
I am sure there are thousands upon thousands of successful Stay Home Moms. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to measure. The Direct Selling industry is about to explode.
In 2008, you see more people (Stay Home Moms included) starting home businesses than ever before. People are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I am EXCITED about what is one the horizon!

www.shadowshopper.com ; www.mspa.com ; www.secretshopper.com are good mystery shopping sites. good job sites are www.worldwideworkathome.com ; www.homejobstop.com ; . The homejobsstop site is an awesome site in how it is arranged and the fact she has kept her price low all these years. www.homeworkers.org ; www.homejobsformom.com ; www.snagajob.com ; www.employment911.com ; www. sohojobs.com ; www.workfromhome.com ; www.voice123.com is a voice over site to do things like recording answering machine messages, reading scripts etc. There are many jobs for those that already have skills before they became moms as well as those that need skills. Many call center jobs offer training at home. If you are unsure what you would like to do the go to www.fabjob.com and look into the things that may interest you and see what it takes to do it.

Well, just to add to the income, you can always join eHow.com and post your own How To articles and potentially make money all year round. It's pretty easy and you have sole proprietorship over your articles, even though they are hosted on our site. Any questions, feel free to ask me

I belong to sohojobs.com. There are plenty of opportunities outside of direct selling that are available. This week there were accounting, bookkeeping, virtual assistant, writing and many more opportunities. I suggest looking at them.
I am a discussion assistant with them as well as being hired outside by a firm that does customer service that I would have never found had it not been for them.

I am a work at home mom for a very good company working in the human resources dept. I love it so much.
There a lot of scams out there for sure, you need to be careful. Don't by into any company, Its not a real work at home job. Post your resume on places like MSN careers, Career builder and places like that and state that you are looking for a legitimate work at home position. You should start getting offers.
Anyway, good luck!

I am a work at home mom with both a work-at-home JOB and a home business. Having a work-at-home JOB is almost like working at the office, you have no time freedom.
I am expecting my home business to allow me to quit my JOB in six months or less and I will have the time freedom that I truly desire.

Being able to work at home and be there with our kids is what its all about! Now my next mission is to enable DH to be able to stay home with me and we can enjoy life not just go through the motions. And it won't be that far off! Kudos to all wahms and wahds!

That was actually my mission, too, and then it happened... it was awesome for about a year and then he got bored - lol. Plus he has lots of hobbies he wants to pursue that are quite costly.
I had replaced his income but he decided to go work for the summer and then he gets the winter off so our goal is to go to a warmer place for the winter this year - a dream we have had for years!
Montana is beautiful but after hunting season it can seem like a long time till spring!

I understand! The UK is so cold so we want to go back to our home in Italy when its fully renovated He is a stonemason and loves his work so I am sure he wouldn't retire fully but he would certainly be able to have more freedom and pick and choose his projects

I'm a work at home mom and I also homeschool my daughter. Working at home enables me to focus on her and create income for our family. I am presently with a company that I'm thrilled with. It is a relatively new company but I'm finding that the compensation and the upline support are far beyond any others that I've been with. Working at home and building my organization is fun, exciting and lucrative. My daughter (6 years old) is even learning to do business (lol).
