Is anyone doing anything that is easier than IM. I guess there are alot of us that are finding it pretty difficult using PL. So many of us had read over and over again and are still lost. I want to do something at home on the computer to make extra money but I don't want it to take forever and I am not expecting it to be a get rich quick deal. What if any are some other options that are easier and as successful?

I haven't seen anything easy about internet marketing, it takes a lot of time and work. Maybe you could try telecommute or something like that. I'm quite new so I don't have many ideas to help.

Something that I can do in my spare time because I do work full time. This PL is just too complicated for me I guess I am not ready for it.

Hi there. Terry Wyld, a new member to the forum.
So has anyone actually had any success with Profit Lance? We are led to believe that the system provide eveything.
Does it give enough info as to how to get your websites noticed by the search engines?
Finally can someone plese tell me the best blog sites/

Terry,
If you do a search for profit lance you can read the threads to see if it's what you are looking for. Some people are successful with it and some give up. To find the best blogs I would go to the blog catalog and check some of them out one the best blogs I know of is Problogger aka Darren Rowse he gives out a ton of info about blogging. I hope this helps.

Well, this is actually right out of the Profit Lance course. Here is one possible option for you:
Today's mission. Go out to the huge local bookstore and check out the magazines. What are the topics on the cover? Go to the mall or a place where large groups of people gather. What do many of them have in common? What do they all seem to need?
Write down clues and go home and research how you could help these people and create your own eproduct for them.
Okay, let's come up with an example. Hmmm. I have a daughter. She's 16. She has her first boyfriend. she has a cellphone. I'd bet that she would pay, say $2.99 per month to access cool cell phone apps that she could use, maybe with flash and music in them to send her new boyfriend a greeting card by phone/text. Also by subscribing, she could send ecards to her friends. I bet that would fly.
Don't know how to write code? Write some ideas down and protect them with a notary or whatever and commission someone else to do it. Find them with a Craigs list ad. Too broke to pay them? Offer them a percentage of the profits.
Don't like that idea? What DO you like? Write an ebook about it and offer it for sale? Don't think anyone would buy it? Offer it for free by simply opting in through a squeeze page while you get better.
Try some of that stuff, and it's all from the course.

But I wanted to try and answer you question from my perspective. Internet Marketing can be easy...
Wait, I'm not saying it's not hard work! But for me it's easy. Not because I have staff or software or special techniques (or anything else that you get promised on the internet).
It's because I enjoy it! I get up everyday and build or work on sites that I like! Getting money from it is a bonus - but it opened the doors for me.
No more doing boring and mindless work for someone else. I chose what I do and because I do that it makes the job easy!

do you use the profit lance system? I am going nuts trying to figure it out and I need help, would you please help me. email me at [email protected] if you want. I need someone to guide me in the right direction. I really want this to work , I have been so busy since i purchased this a month ago, I havent had time to go back to it yet. I want to get started and I have an idea, but I do not understand about how to get webistes going and stuff, I want to affiliate but do not know how. Please help me.

Let me say this. The PL course is full of great info. Everything you need is in this course but... the guy that wrote it is sometimes hard to understand because 1) he's british and his accent gets in the way at times 2) he knows what he is doing but is not a good teacher, he jumps around alot. 3) his videos have no controls so yoou can stop/start them to take notes. 4) the whole course is not very well organized. SO what do you do? This is what we did. I go through a PL leasson. Then I go to Youtube and find a good video on the same subject so I can learn it at my own pace. I also will go to an article site like Ezinearticles and pull up an article on subjects I want to learn. This process has worked very well for me and 4 months later I have a pretty good handle on SEO, traffic, websites and everything else.
Hang in there. The good news is yes, you can make money on the internet in spite of all the scammers. The only bad news is it takes work, a lot of studying just like you were going back to grad school.
Feel free to email me with questions. Also learn about blogging if you don;t already know. It's a big thing and you can monetize your blogs and make money. Good Luck

I have just logged in and looked at one of his videos (been a while since I've looked at them!) and there are stop/start/pause buttons for the videos! Maybe its the browser you are using? I am using Firefox 2.0 and it works fine.
I've also just tried it with IE7 and again the buttons are visible under the video and work fine.

Nothing is ever easy is it?
If things were easier, everyone would be filthy rich without much
effort. Anyway, it really comes down to enjoying the learning
process. If you don't enjoy learning, making mistakes, and
improving, you'll quit at the first sight of failure.
Learn what you've done wrong and fix it one step at a time. If you
don't know what you did wrong, ask somebody.
For those just getting a grip on the technical side, Profit Lance will
teach you online marketing not how to use your computer.
